“not happy at al have 2 accounts n i purchasdd games off both accounts and have had issues with both games ive been waiting 4 hours for 1 key and the other game just will not download”

“I tried to activate my key with office.com and it gave me an error, I called customer service and they told me that the product is not legitimate and that they could not activate it. I wrote to the customer service of CJS-CDKEYS, they never answered me, so I had to open a case in paypal to receive a refund. "if it's too good it's probably not real"”

“Terrible, Horrible. ZERO customer service, my key was locked and it did not go well at all. I'm currently close to disputing the charge placed against me even though I NEVER GOT THE KEY.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I made a purchase in early August, the key did not work. 2 weeks later and this has still not been resolved yet, even worse they haven’t provided a full refund as per my request. Absolutely shocking customer service.”

“I have had an entire years correspondence with your business trying your best NOT TO refund me or reissue me (Take your choice) a working code for XBox Live Gold for which I paid good money. Since I have not been either refunded OR re-issued, I will be contacting PAYPAL about getting satisfaction, if that is even possible at this point. In any event, I will no longer be doing business with you for anything. You have tons of emails from me to that effect and I will report you to whoever I can to hopefully make sure you don't rip anyone else off like you did me. To date, there has been NO refund or new code.”

“I would leave no stars if possible this company sold me a gamepass key and didn’t advertise that it was a trial code and tried to make me look stupid as if I was putting in the code wrong! Basically told me I have to make a new Xbox account just to use it when it says on the product page it’s just a standard Xbox game pass and works on old and new accounts. If you have problems with this company don’t bother raising a ticket as they Will try and make it your fault and make you look like an idiot! Worst customer service I’ve ever had.”

“Order a key and was scammed. Key was anno 1800. Based on email search history this is the seconded time this happened to me. Guess I am the fool trying to get games cheaper then they are. I have contacted support and will update the post accordingly. Would stay away and just use G2A”
