“Very slow delivery”

“Ordered 2 DLCs, first one came, second one states I claimed it when I haven't. The method of gifting you the game instead of giving you the code directly is quite strange and makes the whole process take much longer than needed. Support still hasn't refunded or replaced the key, nor have they even responded.”

“The site fails after making a purchase through PayPal, then releases the purchase and sends an SMS code that the site itself does not recognize at first, then recognizes but blocks the purchase, then asks for a photo of 5 different documents plus the bank account. My first impression: fake! a site that practices financial scams.”

“My first and last time to deal with that site. you get no help, no reply & no one trying to solve your problem. Simply i paid and after 2 days i got nothing, I contact them through mail many.......... and I created a support ticket 3 times each time attaching my payment ID and the payment invoice. Simply not recommended to deal with them many other sites provided you the same product faster and also with lowest price, i bought from this site only because i wanted to buy with crypto currency.”

“Bidon ! 2 fois que j achete sur ce site et la premiere fois le code etait déjà utilisé , la seconde fois hier , j attend encore mon code , toujours pas reçu alors qu ils stipulent qu il faut patienter maxi 2h , ça fait plus de 22h que j attend et toujours rien , le service après vente en anglais en plus et déplorable !”

“I tried to activate my key with office.com and it gave me an error, I called customer service and they told me that the product is not legitimate and that they could not activate it. I wrote to the customer service of CJS-CDKEYS, they never answered me, so I had to open a case in paypal to receive a refund. "if it's too good it's probably not real"”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I made a purchase in early August, the key did not work. 2 weeks later and this has still not been resolved yet, even worse they haven’t provided a full refund as per my request. Absolutely shocking customer service.”
