“Purchase took ages to come through. Almost 2 days. Couldn't verify phone number, very stupid authentication. Emailed and asked for a refund and they wanted me to prove who I was. Haven't had an issue before but this experience has been enough to make me never use the site again. It has past the 4 days, still no automatic refund.”

“Very bad website. I already posted a review about the slow responsiveness of the customer service. After 2 weeks of purchasing a code that was not working, they haven't addressed my issue or refunded me. Once Again, I recommend not purchasing from this terrible website with bad customer service efficiency.”

“I was issued three different sets of keys, none of which worked. Customer support was responsive, but they insisted finally a screenshot, showing the date and time even though the last key was showing and frankly, I’m tired of working with them.”

“Poor service! Bought 3 months game pass and only 1 month worked. Contacted them and provided everything with screenshot of codes not working and now demanding more proof from me! This all over 2pounds! Not even worth my time. Should've stuck with company I've been using for last couple of years!”

“I bought PSN wallet top up and it was supposed to be instantaneous delivery, but i couldn't collect it be cause they needed anti fraud verification. So 6 hours later they email me to send them my ID scan and bank statement (LOL), I emailed back that i want a refund to the same card that i paid with , the next day they replied "order is ready for delivery"”

“Didn't help when I asked for it, poor guidance on what region to use for vpn, recommended a vpn you pay for no help at all from an actual person when I asked for it, and took 3 hours for me to get the 2nd code , I had to buy the game twice because the first one didn't work (neither did the 2nd one) just all around poor customer service cheers 👍 waste of £17.”
