“The code wasn't right as you gave me a sort code.”

“No response from a tech support email, nor was anyone answering the phone. They Licences for Windows 10 Enterprise, but don't make you aware that to download the installation files, that lets you use the Lic Key, you have to a Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center customer! Now I can't return the Keys! Very Poor - Think they should stick to gaming etc.”

“provided with a key that didn't work, tried every channel available to resolve it, only reply I received was how to redeem the key again, despite providing evidence that the key provided was invalid.”
