“scammers. took my money and never gave me my game account. and when i asked to refund me than they are forcing me to take refund as store credits.”

“ordered psn 50$ gift card . price was xx after i verified after very long waiting for accepting my payment (anti fraud) the price of item i bought has changed and raised by like 5$ . and now CJS Autokey message + support they say its out of stock . for price i paid its out of stock but if u pay few bucks more its back to stock ? scammers that hold your money like a prisoner . and now the offer me a lower refund .”

“My first purchase with this company went fine but they would not allow me to purchase again without creating a "free" account. The moment I pushed create account, all of the funds in my credit card were drained. Certainly fraudulent and not trustworthy.”

“HORRIBLE! Sold me three keys from three different games that were invalid in my region. They delayed and ignored the contents of my emails and closed the case. They took my money and gave me credit that I can't even spend because of the repeated bad keys! These people have been messing with me Since August 15, over 5 weeks. I give up. They have wore me down. Keep the credit, get out of my life.”

“Paid for a 12 month games pass. It has taken around 24 hours to get the code because they thought it was fraud 😳😳 I had to email in all my ID and a bill with writing a date on a bit of paper. All this for a games pass. Once I receive the games pass, they provide me with 4 different codes so I have to input each code every 3 months which was not mentioned in the description and a bit of a pain to do. I wouldn't order anything of these if you want something quick and easy”

“Was given 2 faulty keys. I was never provided what I paid for and refused a refund. Instead offered credits for different services if I provided my name, bank accounts, address and picture ID. I would not recommend to anyone even if I hated the person. Waste of time and money!”

“This is more in response to customer service. I recently bought a bunch of keys in a different region. Something I've done before and it worked wonders. This time it didn't work at all. Now I'm thinking maybe I did something wrong, I'll contact customer support. Wow they even make it easy. That was weeks ago and I've heard nothing. Not even a standard we'll sorry how can we help you. Now they want a review. As if they care”

“Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service! They sold me a key that was invalid and then made me jump through all these hoops to get a refund! After they gathered all the info that I had to gather for them they went dark and would not respond to my email. I had to file a refund from PayPal for them to respond and from then forward the only way that they would respond to email was through PayPal. After them trying to get me to except only a portion of the payment several times they finally issued me a refund. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!”
