“They said that CD Key is region free, but its not, I've got error message. They lie that they guarantee a replacement of key, or refund money. They answer for my questions after 6-7 days, and they playing stupid for a 3 weeks now. Its a fake. Safe your money, and go to another website!”

“Nicht Empfehlenswert ist dieser Anbieter Es hat einen Monat gedauert um das Geld für einen Fehlerhaften Key zurück zu bekommen. Ich musste 2 mal jedes Foto schicken damit die sehen das der Code für den Nachfolger war und ich musste trotzdem mit Steam in Kontaktieren, damit ich von Steam die Bestätigung bekomme das der Code für den Nachfolger war und schon 4 Jahre aktiv ist. Jetzt hab ich mir das Spiel nochmals unter dieser Seite gekauft weil ich das Geld nur als Gutschein für diese Seite bekommen habe und es hat wieder den Komplett gleichen Fehler. Und vermutlich muss ich wieder Steam kontaktieren damit ich beweisen kann das der Code für das Falsche Spiel ist Enclosed again in English This provider is not recommended It took a month to get the money back for a faulty key. I had to send 2 times each photo so they see that the code was for the successor and I still had to contact Steam in order to get confirmation from Steam that the code was for the successor and has been active for 4 years. Now I bought the game again under this site because I got the money only as a voucher for this site and it has again the complete same error. And probably I have to contact Steam again so I can prove that the code is for the wrong game.”

“Buying a prepaid game time card for wow. Clicking on collect key. The key is not there. And when I try to report it, it wants me to copy paste the "faulty cd-key". The issue is pretty bad”

“Would give 0 stars if I could..... I have been waiting 2 days for a code that actually works, and they keep sending me the same e-mails that it should work now. Also the support is probably the slowest support I have ever witnessed... takes them 15 hours between each reply.”

“Got a faulty key, after that contacted the Support. Wich answers once in 3-5days. Its been half a month, and i have not gaint anything. The last message was 6 days ago, and the Support hasnt answered.”

“I paid for 12 months of the Xbox Game Pass. They sent me a code that didn't work. I ended up buying directly through Xbox and they wouldn't send me a refund. When you purchase they tell you if there's a problem not to make a complaint through Paypal because they'll take care of it. I didn't make a complaint through Paypal and they did not take care of me. By the time I realized they weren't going to refund, it was too late to reach out to Paypal for redress.”

“They are scammers. I purchase Call of Duty modern warfare 2019 key and they asked me to wait 24hours . but they took 3 days. when i asked my game key or refund then they said they do not have game key and refund can be only return into store credit. But i want my refund into my original payment method. They are frauds and liars. Support team also scammers and did not read and understand your messages. I m currently contacting from my payment provider to chargeback it.”
