“I ordered 1 x 12 month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, they sent me 4 x 3 month codes. Not only is this not what I ordered/wanted, they did not reflect the difference in price, and took more than what I received would have cost had I chosen that option!”

“I would give negative stars if it let me bought a code for xbox ultimate for USA gave me a code for some other country i even made sure to get the right one because of the price difference so i sent a email to them been 3 months i get an email every month or so telling it will be 1 to 2 days and not to post a bad review and they will have it fixed nothing still bought in late august i wont ever use them again and ill let everyone i know not to as well. WASTE OF MONEY DONT USE THEM”

“I just called microsoft. they could not verify the ID and hang up. please send me a new key/ By the way, I tried to use GETCID but I got a success message but not a number. so please fix the problem thanks”

“Awful website, hard to collect the code when constantly lagging. After I got the code turns out it’s a code for the wrong thing! Bought a Xbox live gold for 12 months ended up being game pass for 3 months.”

“They are completely fraudulent. They provided a key that did not work and then I spent several weeks working with them to get a refund. Per their posted terms of service, this should have been very easy to get a refund for. Instead, their final solution was to offer to re-list the key for sale and then only give me a refund if it happened to get sold again and activated. I told them I would be forced to dispute this with my credit card company if they did not provide me with a standard refund. I did dispute this with my credit card company in the end and was promptly refunded my money after providing all of the same evidence to my credit card company along with the e-mail chain. I thought I was done with the matter after being made whole by getting a refund. Several weeks later, I get a couple of threattening e-mail from their customer support stating that they are going to report me for fraudulent activity and smear my name online, stating that "I been reported to the online international fraud directory" Please do not waste your time and money trying to buy from this company, you have been warned!”

“I bought a 3 month Xbox pc game pass code and was sent a 2 month game pass unltimate code instead. 3 weeks of sending emails trying to get the correct code and now being ignored. All they wanted was screenshot after screenshot, which I sent. And still nothing , I tried everything and have been cheated out of a month of game pass.”

“Terrible service. Purchased a 100£ key using btc. Got a confirmation that the funds have been transferred and they were deducted from my wallet. Got to the website, it says payment is not complete. Waited a few hours because it may take a little while, nothing. Sent them the order number with the invoice ID, it says a member will look into in it in a matter of a few hours, nothing. Sent a ticket with the invoice ID, got a respone 12 hours that they need me to provide an invoice ID(but I just did and it's in the ticket), and that that they need a few hours to check it. It's been 24 hours since their last response, and almost 48 hours since I made the transaction and still no product was delivered.”

“The key didn't work cause they 'ran out' and yet they were still selling the product for days while I waited for them to restock. After a week of waiting I gave up and it took a few more days to get a refund. Terrible service.”
