“Bad bad badddd I made another purchase they debited me the money and they didn't send me the key... I go back and buy the key again with the credit I have in the store they don't send it either I called it in two actions or I try they keep failing ok I lose the money but I don't buy any more I am going to report these actions after qualifying them 5 stars now I give it zero I will not return a single purchase more thanks”

“Having received my money for Microsoft Office for MAC 2021, CJS CD sent me a key that displayed Microsoft Office 2016 instead. I told them that I already had Office 2016 and sent pictures evidencing this to no avail. I made numerous requests for a refund which they never granted. They never resolved the issue and I am left with a key that is useless. I was finally able to buy the same product from another vendor at 1/3 of their price. I urge buyers to beware.”

“I was unable to use the key provided and when I spoke to customer service about it they were unhelpful and I have to repeat myself a lot and send the same info several times. They still did not seem to understand the issue. I am still waiting on a refund for a product I cannot use. Overall not a good experience with the company.”

“Key purchased did not work. I contacted support and they told me I'd have resolution in 1-2 days. They never responded and automatically closed my case after a month due to no response from me? Garbage. Stay away.”

“I ordered the 03/19/22 season pass for a game with Autokey, after 4 failed orders and 3 refunds, I still don't have the season pass. Cjs does not read my emails, does not try to understand the problem, they ask me for a lot of proof and take time to answer. Here I am, 4 months later, making my 4th claim.”

“Company doesn't seem to have a grasp on their merchants. I don't know if that is on purpose or by coincidence. Purchased something, they claim I have received it; or can receive it BUT they aren't giving it; they are just running circles. Going to get Paypal involved, DO NOT RECOMMEND”

“The purchase of a microsoft 2019 windows software download costing me £17.99p on 30th June 2022 never arrived and after repeated conversations with CJS CD Keys has resulted in my request for a full refund, which I'm still waiting for. The overall circumstances have been a complete nightmare which may result in my taking legal action against them for such poor service. Gordon Myall - (Nottingham UK).”
