“Sadly I had a bad experience, I bought two keys, only got one, and the one I received didn't have the validity that was advertised. I contacted support for a month, still waiting for a solution or refund I got neither.”

“they take your money and then list the product as a backordered product. This is the second time in a row and end up getting a cancellation notice weeks later even though you process the cancellation days earlier. i wouldnt trust this company to come thru legitimately.”

“Bought a key on the 24 of April. This key originally worked for the first month or so then randomly one day the computer tell me the key is invalid because it is in use on another PC. I contacted them thinking this would be an easy fix.... boy was I WAY off. They started, reasonably, asking for verification pictures. I accidentally sent a video (.MP4, my mistake) after taking a screenshot of the information they wanted from the video (and verifying its clear) and sending it to them I get a response back saying its not clear enough. I then ZOOMED IN and took another screenshot (readable by my 86 year old grandmother WITHOUT HER GLASSES!). STILL ITS NOT CLEAR ENOUGH!!!! I have send everything I can think of (copy of registry have from windows, screenshot of Magic Jelly Bean Keyfinder with the key they sold me listed MORE THAN CLEARLY and even more screenshots of the computer getting to the screen where the validity of your key is expressed). I cannot think of what more I can do to appease these people. I have opened a PayPal ticket an hopefully I get my 7.99GBP back. So... Buyer beware!!! This company is a joke. They sell software keys and have no idea how to verify information when someone has a bad key. I tried at this point to offer them suggestions (like TeamViewer or Anydesk, sending my .reg file and even giving instructions on how to open it) I give up. They will have to deal with PayPal now and all my bad reviews.”

“Purchased a Microsoft Office 365 license that worked just fine for about 6 months. After that, the account that I bought no longer had the Office 365 assigned, so I asked for the free replacement that they guarantee. They gave me the SAME account as a replacement, with the SAME problem. Could not use the Office 365. So I opened a ticket again and they just stalled to give me an answer or a solution. They asked for proof over and over again and thanked my for my patience, month after month. After another month has passed, I asked again for a solution and their answer was: "Hi There, We are sorry we do not support orders older than 1 year." All that stalling had a purpose: to cut me from their "Superior Customer Service". I would NOT recommend them. They will just waste your time and money. No refund, no free replacement key.”

“It works as long as you don't have problems, if you do, kiss your money and your code goodbye. Bought 2 VPN activated codes, connected to the VPN country Argentina as per instructions for activation. Input code and immediately code says it's region locked. I know it's not my VPN as I've been with the same provider for years. So I File a dispute and I get one response requesting I upload a screenshot of the error which I did, the screenshot also shows I'm connected to the right VPN country. It's now been a few days and it seems they've ghosted me. I've sent a few follow-up emails that have also gone unreplied. It'll be the last time use these guys for a game key. I'd probably give it more than 1 star if there was actually customer service...”

“Bought a code and it was not valid on trying to redeem. Got in touch to be told that it was valid when sent to me. Absolutely fuming at the fact I’ve paid money for something, shown the proof on that it is not working and saying it is not valid and they are not willing to help..”

“The key provided for orderid=2462528 (Windows Server 2019 std) failed to activate the software. Reported issue via the form on the website and it stated I would be contacted within a few hours and would receive an email acknowledgement, but after 8 hours I have not received email or been contacted”

“Quick delivery and good price but problems with code activation. Provided manual did not work. They think that you do not know how to use VPN. It took me a week to finally get my codes working. No help from support team.”

“Stay away from this website at all costs. They will steal your money. There are plenty of other methods for getting keys, this should not be on the list. Save yourself the hassle, their service is terrible and the site is convoluted for a reason.”
