“I was sold an Xbox game pass key that didn’t work as advertised. The product description on the CJS website is different to the product (auto key) they actually send. I have provided screenshots on three separate occasions as proof and have been emailing for weeks but they’re now refusing to refund or even reply upon realising their mistake. Very poor customer service and disingenuous, DO NOT USE!!”

“The key (Gamepass Core) didn't work. The customer service was not helpful at all. For two months now, they were not able/willing to either provide a refund or a working code despite several Emails back and forth. Would never buy again from this company.”

“I'll provide a 5 star review for CJS KEYS. Simply because their customer service is awesome! They respond and tell you the details of everything. The one thing I dislike is sometimes the "auto key" isn't really auto key, and there is no real way to tell if the keys or product are in stock until after purchase, thus leading to wait times until stock is back. Thanks for the services and support you guys provide!”
