“Está bien. Sin embargo, deberían agregar un mensaje o un aviso en caso de que si la orden se pone en pending por falta de llaves. Ya que inicialmente dice ''en las proximas horas'' en mi caso duró más de 1 día. Pero funciona todo bien, sí es confiable.”

“Couldn't redeem Indian ganepass code over VPN despite following instructions to the letter. Support slow to respond. No refund offered. Have had to raise a paypal dispute.”

“Initially I had a problem installing an Office product busing a Key. I contacted your support desk and explained. I then tried an alternative approach to loading the software , there were two options with the Key. This seemed to work. The reason for my positive review is that within an hours Dave B from the support desk had sent me some ideas of what to do. As it happens the second attempt to load had been successful . Dave B,s suggestions were very clear and well put and I am sure would have solved the initial problem . Happy to recommend CJS Keys . Third time customer. Tim”

“Awful experience with Xbox Live codes on two separate occasions. Bought a VPN code once, but they were unable to help me redeem it. I followed the directions send and it told me I was in the wrong region. Had to have someone from a separate Facebook group help me redeem. Bought a GLOBAL code a few days later that would not redeem at all. Asked for help with redemption, to which an impossible resolution was recommended (EU is a group of countries, not a region i can select on a VPN!!!). After 2 full days that they did not respond, i initiated a refund from PayPal. There are nuances with VPN and Global codes that CJS CDKEYS have no idea how to navigate. Do NOT expect their customer service to help you! Steer clear!!”

“I have been a customer since 2018 and have had no problems at all with any order. UNTIL NOW. The latest vpn activated key cannot be activated because Norton vpn will not give me an India connection. The company recommended Nord vpn. This cost me £74 which totally negated the small saving in buying from them. Hey presto, it still doesn`t work and they now want me to pay for a subscription for a 3rd vpn to try. Total madness. Now they are refusing to return my payment.”
