“First order failed with errors when paying with PayPal. Put through a different order using a different payment method (which are all not great options/options I hadn't heard of before) using bank transfer instead; took a little while to verify, but keys received and worked without issue. Later received a message that the PayPal payment had in fact gone through, and they applied it to my account as store credit instead of just returning it (seeing as it wasn't actually associated with any orders due to system error). Have requested a refund on the failed order, but waiting to hear back. Responses seem to be within 24 hours, but not 'minutes' as suggested elsewhere. Overall, received the product I wanted; but not a very fluid customer experience.”

“I was very hesitant to do this. I mean I know better as an IT admin. However, I was not willing to pay retail and OEM price for a CD key for a piece of hardware I won't be using myself. I said it was worth the risk to lose 15 dollars if I never got a CD, much less a working one. The risk paid off. It was a little scary for literally 4mins as I paid, then got an email saying the payment went through, then when I went to the site it said payment issue. The link that was originally sent from the payment confirmation explained what happens sometimes, and how to resolve it. I replied to the email saying payment saying not posted, I literally refreshed the site and my code generated. I was still shaky as I was typing it in to activate windows. I felt like a kid receiving an ice cream cone after a bad game. Microsoft activation window said "your key worked" Very pleased! I also received a follow-up email, with no misspellings, and proper grammar. Excellent service! To my techs out there, let's make em rich! Buy buy buy!”

“Really good in regards to price and is easy to download. However if you pay using bank transfer it took about 23 hours before I received my code which I was a little frustrated about. But yeah good service at a good price.”

“I had a key for MS Office 2019 on my old computer. Worked great and linked in to the Microsoft network. Bought a new PC. Microsoft would not honor my existing key. Hey, it's a make you pay double game with them. Done an online search and came across CJS CD keys. Wow. Great price and just the key I needed. Got to recommend this company. The purchase was easy. Downloading the key was also easy. Key worked like a charm. So why only four stars? It's just a minor complaint, but the process of installing got a bit confusing. If you are a complete compute newby, you may have trouble with the process. I think CJS would help if you needed it, but I was careful on the instructions and got along fine. But on the Office key, you need to know a bit more than just how to type in the code. That knocks the rating down. If you are comfortable with doing things somewhat differently than normal, go for it. CJS offers CD key solutions at a great price.”
