“Bought a DLC to a game. Unfortunately, there was some kind of issue and I had to go through anti-fraud verification (had to sent them 2 forms of ID to confirm name and address). I got an email after an hour and a half (not too bad considering it's nearly 12 at night). They confirmed that the order was authorized and I received my key no problem. Of course, I support their anti-fraud measures but it was a bit of a pain to have to go through that process. Either way, overall very good experience.”

“The code worked will after a small wait for the anti fraud procedure to work. CJS followed up my enquiry quickly but by then the issue had resolved itself.”

“Does what it says on the Box had to use office set up not first choice link as this did not work. Then pick Office 365 2019 pro plus option 3 to get it to work!”

“Purchasing was very easy but I had difficulty when it came to getting the “Code”. The type face was very small and I didn’t find it clear what was happening, to the point where I thought I’d been diddled and emailed you for my money back. Perhaps because the “Code” wasn’t available instantaneously and I was doing it on my iPad. (I’m 75!) The game wasn’t for me but for my 8yr old grandson’s birthday, so it’s not been tried out yet”

“The key worked buy I had a little trouble with the transaction of buying it. After my payment was taken I got an error message and had to dig around the site to find my activation code. The code was accepted as genuine.”
