“Bought a 12 month subscription. After a few weeks it ended. Provided the company with the proof and all information they requested. Weeks have passed and issue is still ongoing. Total Con!”

“Office key delivered when they said it would and worked second time of trying. (you don't need to put the hyphens in, that happens automatically) So all up and running very efficiently. Thank you. Only gripe, got led astray by one of the adverts that looked more like a requirement, and ended up costing me £1 to register.”

“Received order without they key. Talked to support where after getting a bot reply, I was ghosted for over 3 days! I then get an email back which says: "We are aware of your issue". All I want is for the money back or the game key I bought but apparently support finds this to troubling. I sent over 10 emails to support but nothing in response. You may as well buy a key from somewhere that has some level of support”
