“Really pleased with my grinder. Turned out the open box one I ordered had some upper burr issues. Matt let me know before he shipped it and offered a new one for the same discounted price, which was super generous and very much appreciated.”

“Ordered a grinder that experienced delays. Reached out to customer service multiple times with questions, revising the order, etc. Joseph has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I plan on coming back to Cliff and Pebble for the customer service alone. Plus that year long warranty is a huge consideration when making a $1500 purchase!”

“What a game changer at an affordable price. The stepless control really helps control the timing and pressure of my espresso shots. I have had very little issues with retention of grinds as long as I spritz my beans with water before grinding.”
