“The dresses are always great quality and a nice fit! Sometimes the sizes come up a bit big depending on the material so make sure to send it back in time as you only have 14 days to return an item! Other than that I have always been really happy with my orders”

“I have ordered from Club L London many times, mainly for my daughter, and always been happy with the products. Quality, packaging and delivery have always been on-point – the only reason we can't give five stars is because we have never returned anything or had any complaints so have no experience of customer service or the refund process”

“Customer service is the worst, I needed help with a return and they responded every other day, dragging out helping me until the return window had passed, and then they just ghosted me. I bought two small maternity dresses for a black tie event I had, VERY CUTE, but I am 20 weeks pregnant and they were huge, would have only fit me if I was full term. Would have LOVED to get my money back.”
