“Returns are not free and cost me over $40 to ship back an item I bought for $110. Crazy amount - can’t remember the last time I had to pay for a return let alone it be this much money! I won’t be shopping here again since I can only shop online and I’d be worried I won’t like the product”
“Nice looking clothes but the minute you need a refund is when they will get difficult.
Had a dress that before even wearing was ruined by being ironed according to instructions and had loose threads.
Emailed 4th August to request a refund and asked to return item. Followed up mid August they said wait for 2 weeks after receipt.
Didn’t hear anything back.
Have emailed again 3rd September.
Very disappointed to need to chase this and haven’t had this experience with any other companies. 1 month to get a resolution is madness even with needing to send an item back!

I could have bought a higher quality dress with the same budget from a trusted place.
And returning the item is very costly from Uae to the Uk . I am not sure if the customer service will be able to do anything about that .

“Problem with return! After requesting return label, which is usually straightforward with other companies ( only takes a few seconds to process) its now 5 days Im still waiting for return label to email back to me!!! And refund policy is two weeks only. Horrible company”
“This place is awful! After over 30 days of back and forth to return 1 of 2 dresses that was misshaped and disfigured, they tell me it’s too late. Ha! I was like it’s your fault. They prolonged sending the link to return the dress until it was too late. Now I have to pay someone into alter the dress is I wish to use it! Buyer beware. Returns are not friction-free because they will play games with you!”

“I purchased a dress and paid $18 for 3 day shipping. I received my package in 6 days (so late with no shipping refund). What I received was such CHEAP material, the sizing was incorrect - just loose and cheap looking, the color was disgusting - nothing like the photos. In order to return the product, they charge an $18 processing fee and another $18 shipping fee. So I have lost $54 total on this experience. I am appalled and will never order from this site again.”
