Firstly, their estimated timeframe for delivery was wrong for me and my order arrived past the stated timeframe. Secondly, the entire website is so deceiving. Their URL is â.com.auâ so youâd assume theyâre based in Australia, not international. To return an item, youâre to pay $35 AUD, like wow. Absolutely disappointing, I was stunned. Youâd think returning an item from an Australia URL would NOT be that high, apparently itâs all lies and is shipped from overseas but does NOT state so. Customer service team is quite disappointing to deal with. Canât wait to get my money back and never shop here again.”
