Despite paying for 2-3 business day expedited shipping, it arrived 7 days later. When I explained this, they showed no compassion and actually blamed me for the delay. Their customer service was terrible. I don't recommend Club London. I didn't seek a resolution; instead, I simply asked them not to treat any other customer this way. It was a terrible experience.”
