“I am blown away by the quality product and amazing customer service! My specific style sofa was not already available on the website and the team worked with me to get the right measurements. It was a quick turnaround and the quality is exceptional! The new cover makes the sofa look so much more high-end and looks to be better made than the cover that came with the sofa. The performance fabric has been a great choice with 4 young children. Spills bead up and clean up easily!”

“I just received my new slipcovers for my very old pottery barn couch and I could not be happier! The customer service was outstanding and the final product fits perfectly and is beautiful. I can’t recommend Comfort Works more highly!”

“Très très déçue du produit ET du service pour un produit de ….400€ quand même pour un canapé standard référencé sur le site ( donc connu et maîtrisé normalement….) Je précise que mon canapé est un canapé Maisons du Monde qui a moins de 2 ans Concernant le produit reçu, même si la couleur est conforme et les finitions ok, beaucoup trop de points bloquants et surtout un service client aux abonnés absents ! - tous les éléments de la housse sont trop grands - mon canapé à un coussin unique d assise ( comme un matelas) et la, carrément la housse, n a pas la même forme - il manque les scratch sur le matelas et sur la housse de la structure pour empêcher le Matelas de glisser ( existant pourtant sur la housse d origine) ……et de fait il glisse 😢 - j ai pris le set USB mais il est livré sans aucun mode d emploi : encore une dépense pour rien car inutilisable J ‘ai aussitôt envoyé des photos et on m a répondu qu on allait me remplacer la housse ….. et depuis ….. silence total ! Ayant payé avec PayPal, je vais ouvrir un litige A fuir !”

Puis nous avons tenté de raisonner avec vous en vous demandant des informations plus précises par des photos pour avoir une vue d'ensemble sur votre canapé et de vous proposer une solution plus adéquate donc une housse de remplacement gratuite. Avec les informations précises, nous pouvons faire les ajustements nécessaires pour que vous ayez une housse mieux adaptée pour votre canapé. Ensuite, nous avons également indiqué que nous ne faisons pas de retour mais malheureusement vous avez préféré de déposer un dossier de litige. De plus, c'est PayPal qui a indiqué de faire un retour et non nous Comfort Works car encore une fois, nous ne faisons pas de retour ni d'échange. “Quality fabrics, great craftsmanship, outstanding support.😃 We covered all our Ikea furniture in the living room. Everything looks like new now. Their Perfomance Weave is very durable and resistant to staining with a nano coating on the fabric. It's also soft with a nice texture. The overall fit was great. We had a little back and forth on the stools because of some velcro strip placement that was different on the stools but Comfort Works support was very good about getting that just right. We also had part of the couch customized and they were willing to do that for us with no problem. We dealt pretty much with one support person throughout the process which made it very nice for continuity of communication and ideas. Our person was Lisa Lim and she was AWESOME!”

“Je suis très satisfaite de les commandes auprès de comfort works. J'ai d'abord pris une housse pour fauteuil Ikea puis une housse pour canapé lit. Je recommande de commander les échantillons de tissus pour mieux se rendre compte du rendu et des couleurs car a l'écran c'est toujours difficile de choisir. L'équipe comfort works est très attentive au suivi de la commande, à la livraison et a la satisfaction client. Les housses permettent de prolonger la vie de nos fauteuils ou canapés dont le tissus s'abîment avec le temps même si la structure est solide. Comfort works proposent une large gamme de tissus et coloris qui permet à chacun de trouver ce qui lui convient.”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE! New Slipcovers for my old Rowe Nantucket Cotton Duck Sofa and Loveseat that was fading from Navy to purple bc of living room sunlight. (I tried dying the fabric 3 x!) These fit PERFECTLY! Easy to put on! The Performance Weave Mineral Blue feels soft and durable! And is the perfect color for our coastal decor ☺️ Thank you, Comfort Works!”

“My experience with Comfort Works has been outstanding. I TWICE got my order wrong -- not their fault at all; I didn't read carefully or check my order well -- and they were incredibly kind about helping me get it right. They were also really generous about helping me fix my own error at no additional cost. Shipping was fast and tracking was accurate every step of the way. Best of all the slipcover fits beautifully and is a gorgeous color. Everyone who visits comments on how fantastic the sofa looks now. I loved everything about my experience with Comfort Works and am just biding my time before ordering a second set of slipcovers for my couch!”

“Perfect experience. Comfort Works promptly sent us samples, and when we were ready helped us figure out how to customize the order to our needs. The interaction was always pleasant and helpful. Once I placed the order, it was quickly made and sent, and I received it within 2 weeks in California. The fabric and the stitching look excellent. “Délais de livraison raisonnables. Velour de belle qualité. Belle couleur (vert). Mise en place facile. Pas parfaitement ajusté au niveau des accoudoirs et de la liaison dossier-assise, mais fait le job. Je rachèterais sans hésitation, si c'était à refaire.”

“I could not be happier with my new-again sofa thanks to comfort works! I got a cover for my ikea sofa, custom covers for my throw pillows, and new legs as well. The comfort chenille fabric (I got dusty rose) is so soft and beautiful! And it doesn’t even collect pet hair! I’ve had it over a month now and am still obsessed.”

“I am very very happy with my custom slipcovers. I purchased J. M. Paquet furniture years ago. We still love the furniture, but the company went out of business so I could not get the slipcovers replaced. I did not want to have to send my furniture to an upholstery shop and pay $3,000.00 for new slipcovers. It took some effort and time to make the measurements clear enough to make the Comfort Works' seamstress happy with them, but it was worth it. Taking photos of your furniture and marking the measurements on there is definitely recommended, especially if you have furniture that does not quite fit the online template. Sulaica was very patient with all of my questions and she graciously addressed all of my concerns. I highly recommend this company.”

“Comfort Works is awesome - initially I inquired being that I purchased my sofa from Wayfair; which wasn’t on the list of companies they made covers. Sulacia and I communicated throughout the entire process. When I tell you - she and the team are professionals. I was measuring incorrectly several times & they were adamant I was off & I was. HaHa. Overall ~ I would order from this coming again. When I say my covers fits “perfectly” and looks absolutely “fabulous”..!! I Love Love the finished covers. I chose Weave Textured Denim. Thank you ❣️”
