“I am so happy with my new covers! I adore my Ikea ekebol sofas and was sad when the light coloured covers became grungy looking. Comfort Works covers were easy to order, I received great communication from the company on my order's status and the final product is beautiful!”

“Commande et livraison en 15j pour paris. Housses quasi parfaites , un tout petit peu larges pour mon newman 3 places de chez habitat acheté il y a 10ans. Cela donne envie de changer sa housse plus souvent , un peu comme une coque pour mon iPhone !”

“Have been looking at Comfort Works' website and products for a couple of years. We pulled the plug on a new Ikea sofa 3-seater cover and opted for a gorgeous vegan faux-leather option. It came in 2 weeks, which was shockingly quick and it was really easy to assemble. First of all, all the pieces have a tag inside that tell you exactly which part of the couch they are for, and second, the product is extremely well made, kid/pet-friendly (and already tested by both). What a great purchase! Wish we had done it years ago. Thank you to this wonderful team of Aussies! Love from Lido Beach, New York! ;)”

“I was ready to toss my weary CB Axis II sofa, and eyeing a new sofa when I learned of Comfort Works. I wasn't completely sure about placing an order. I was worried about the fit, mostly. But, because they had garnered so many positive reviews, I placed an order for a white slipcover. I liked that customer service kept me informed of the process. Once it was shipped, the package arrived in a few days. I still cannot believe how easy it was to slip the covers over the frame and pillows. Fits like a glove, and it's beautiful. Thank you Comfort Works.”

“Slip covers were ordered at the end of May, and came on July 12th. Neatly packaged, and safe for shipping. I'm in BC Canada. Communication was great! However the slip covers just don't fit well. The base couch cover was so tight that when I finally was able to pull them over each front corner ripped. They apologized and attempted to rectify, however suggesting to take my cover off (so difficult to get on in the first place) to take to have repaired, in my opinion to just happen again (base is too small, and way too tight to fit around the main part of the couch) is just not worth my effort. $75US won't cover the entire repair anyway. The design needs to be a little more generous in that area for the ability to get around the body of the couch (hidden elastic maybe) anyway I'm "forfitting" my fit guarantee because I don't want to take the cover in for the 2 corners to be repaired when it's just not big enough to get around the couch body. The cushion covers will be better when they are worn in but they are very boxy and structured and show that they are new. Overall "good" experience from customer service but for the nearly $1000 CAD I spent, I don't think I would order from here again. I would spend the money local to get them done specifically for my generic Ikea couch. Definitely disappointed with how they decided to end our interaction, even with proof of the ripped corners.”

“The covers for my sofa didn't fit, not nearly (a good few inches too small). I sent several rounds of photos, measurements etc. and in the end all I was offered was to send yet more photos. I gave up. It was clearly not an issue with my sofa being not the standard size, and a template issue. I should have been offered at least a refund or money off, which I wasn't. I spent £350 with this company, which I would not recommend. Next time I will get a local company to come around and measure my sofa and make covers that way.”

Hey there! Sorry that you've had a less-than-pleasant experience with us regarding the fit issues that you've encountered. We believe we're being absolutely fair for requesting more detailed photos to troubleshoot your slipcovers, as, without them, we can't determine if they're manufacturing fault caused by our end or might be a unique quirk on your sofa frame. That being said, we've already offered to get a set re-made for you with some proposed adjustments, but we're bummed to hear that this wasn't accepted by you as well. Wish we could have been given another chance to assist you in getting a set of covers that fit, but we totally understand if you no longer wish to work with us. -Melvyn from Comfort Works-

“Our second-hand Ikea Månstad sofa is really comfortable, and the bed is great for guests. Unfortunately, the cover was dirty and dusty with the years, and it couldn't be removed to be washed. We didn't want to buy a new sofa and discard a couch in good shape, and we found Comfort Works on Internet. The new cover fits perfectly, is beautiful, and it's removable and washable. We're very happy and recommend this product 100%.”

“A slipcover was made for our pottery barn couch. It’s a great fit. The fabric is a little shinier than I expected, seems more so than the sample. Also, thought it was made in Australia, not China. Overall, I do like it.”

“I have had a Pottery Barn basic chair for almost 20 years. The “white” (not anymore!) canvas cover was just DONE: stained and ripped and awful. But the chair was in great shape! We had decided to toss it/give it away, when my husband came across Comfort Works. The fabric samples were shipped and received within a week and when we ordered a slipcover? Despite the 3-4 week indicated turn around, we had it in a week! And it’s gorgeous! It fits perfectly and was half the cost of getting a new one at PB. THANK YOU!”
