“I love the cover so much! Thank you !!!!! The reason we originally bought Ekebol sofa is that we are looking for a washable sofa covers because we have 2 cats and 2 children! IKEA original sofa covers had been washed so many times and completely destroyed. We desperately needed a new cover. The comfort works Ekebol sofa cover was a great purchase. It was a quick shipping, fits perfectly. The fabric is nice and the colour matches with our house:) Very impressed with the hand writing letter:) quite a hospitality!”

“Buyer Beware! We have a 3-section Mitchell Gold sofa and chaise. Although the picture on the Comfort Works website clearly shows three sections, we received covers that fit over two sections (and face the wrong way!). They have a no-return/no exchange policy. Response from customer service was basically "tough luck". Don't buy from them! We gave "one-star" because you can't post without some level of star rating.”

Hi Frank! Thanks for the feedback, we have a no-return/no exchange policy as it doesn't quite make sense to ship covers back to us as they can't be used for anyone else. At the end of the day, we just want to deliver our promise of a brand new sofa look for you. This means we'd most likely send a replacement to you without you even needing to return the covers. To reiterate the current issue, we saw that you've bought the left-arm chaise version instead of the right-arm chaise version you needed. This explains why the covers faced the wrong way. I see that you got these covers from our Etsy store, where we did state (on the item images) that there would be 2 covers for the frame (and not 3 sections like you mentioned). It's a real bummer when this happens, but this is certainly not a manufacturing issue at our end. When we last spoke with you (on Etsy) we did offer you the alternative way to get the correct set of covers, so here's hoping you'll take us up on it and reconsider getting your sofa refurbished. -Melvyn from Comfort Works-

“I purchased an Ikea sofa and was not happy with the quality of their slipcovers. I found Comfort Works and took a chance. I love my new slipcover! Honestly makes me ikea sofa look like a much more expensive one!”

“Just put in my new slip covers on my Pottery Barn Comfort roll arm sectional. They are beautiful and better than the originals from PB. Great quality, easy to put on, beautifully made, and affordable. I was always fighting with my PB covers to get them on, not these. Highly recommend and will buy again. See before and afters. So happy!”

“I purchased the performance velvet Amber fabric because I have a miniature pinscher that sleeps on the couch. It started pilling immediately I wore them an email and was told it was from my dog even though it’s specifically recommended for pets. Initially offered spare covers to try to minimize wear and tear now no response.”

“Such a horrible experience. The cover doesn't come close to fitting. It is sloppy and way too big, doesn't fit most of the measurements of our IKEA sofa. We are on month #2 of trying to get a refund. They have requested that we take dozens of photos and meausurements in our to "show" them how it doesn't fit. Each time we send in a new set of photos, they request another set. We are still waiting for a refund or a replacement. So very disappointing becuase I had such high hopes.”

“I couldn’t be more happy with the slip cover for my Crate & Barrel sofa. The fabric is of the highest quality and is absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is superb! It was very easy to put on and the fit is perfect. I received it in less than four weeks from the date I placed my order, which was a nice, unexpected surprise! I will definitely be ordering more in the future and have already recommended Comfort Works to my daughter and others.”

“I love my new Farlov slipcover in claw-proof velvet rose! The cover is well-made, good quality and fits perfectly. Shopping was easy and the package received earlier than expected. The original Ikea velvet cover was shredded by cat clawing after 1 year! My cats tested this new one from day 1 and it looks like it will hold up well :) The earthy rose colour is gorgeous too!”

“I’m so happy I found Comfort Works! I was looking for custom slip covers for my old RH sofa down cushions….. and I finally found this company. They have non-toxic low-maintenance fabrics and more much more stylish options yet are still affordable. I thought I would have to wait a few months for the custom order but got everything in a week or 2 !!! We’ve been very happily using our new cushions :) Great customer service , responsive to questions and follows up to make sure order was smooth !”

“Bonjour, Je tenais à vous envoyer un mail même si vous n'aviez pas d'enquête de satisfaction. Pourquoi ? Il est toujours difficile d'acheter sur internet. Il en encore plus difficile quand ca concerne un produit de plus de 10 ans. Il y a toujours des problèmes de correspondance de taille etc. Mais là tout est parfait, du délai de livraison, à l'emballage soigné des produits, au conditionnement du contenu, à la finition du produit.
