“I love it except the pellets don’t slide down from the sides. Plenty of pellets left they just don’t slide down. So I have to keep filling it.”

“This is my second winter of ownership with my Comfortbilt pellet stove and I cannot be happier. Since my purchase, I've contacted the tech advisors for pointers on how to maintain the optimal performance and operation of my unit.I've also made additional purchases of Comfortbilt pellet stove accessories The technical staff was always available to answer any questions and successfully guide me through operational checks and adjustments of my unit. I'm very impressed with the durability and dependability of my HP-21 model. Because of the quality merchandise and service after purchase I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Comfortbilt for their pellet stove needs”

“Good products for the most part. Bought the HP50. It seemed to have a vacuum switch problem which would prevent the stove from feeding, after about 3 months. I called their tech support and they immediately sent me a part. Got it in 2 days, replaced part and has been working fine ever since. Easy to clean and it's about an every 4 or 5 day process but it's quick and easy. I recommend their products and they stand by them....”

“I just tried to contact local dealer and wound up leaving a voicemail. Your customer service department confirmed 2 days ago that the stove was received by dealer but no contact from him as yet. Your customer service and technical support are the best, why can't all companies be as reliable and supportive as Comfortbilt. Congrats to you and your employees always there for us customers with questions or problems that they need help with.”

“We purchased the Comfortbilt HP22 pellet stove on-line and had it installed by a local contractor. Initially we had issues keeping the unit running and preventing smoke from backing up into the house. The company was so responsive to our issues and went above and beyond to help us resolve the problems which turned out to be primarily settings on the unit. The stove is of excellent quality and we are sure it will be used for many years. There are many helpful videos on youtube that will answer most questions that may arise.”

“Gentleman, Have been sitting here trying to put kindly words toward the problems that I have had with this pellet stove. It has been awful. So many problems with the flame, pellets dropping constantly over flowing the burn bucket. When we smelled the smoke during the night and the alarm going off, panic and fear ran through our minds at 2:00 AM. I don't know how many calls have been made to your company, but many. Sometimes the problem was resolved, but it never lasts. One of the techs said it's as if the numbers were going back to the default numbers. Have little or no faith in your company. Just too many problems.”
