“This is a great company to deal with. We really love our stove. All of the people we have dealt with in getting questions answered have been great, all the way up to the owner. Dealing with a smaller company has a lot of perks, starting with better, personable customer service. The last time we had a pellet stove(several years ago and different company), we did not like it and returned it. We decided to try one again , and could not be happier with the look, efficiency, and ease of use. All things said, this is a great stove and a great company!”

“Very consistent temp. control when using temp setting .manual mode is also good .More than enough heat when set on high. Been using for a month without any issues.”

“we replaced the igniter and tested it - works good and was easy to do. but, we still can't get the stove to start and run. we took all the pellets out - can manually move the auger, but won't drop the pellets down on it's own. any ideas??”

“The burn pot I ordered worked perfectly. However, the gasket kit does not come with any instructions. I was able to install the 2 rectangular pre-cut gaskets and they worked well, but could not determine what the big gasket was for or how to install it.”

“I love it when it works. Lots of problems from day 1 with pellet ignitor area and a bad power switch. Spent a couple hundred dollars getting it to work due to product problems.”

“I had purchased an HP 54 stove from HomeDepot in august of 2020. We didn’t install it until December and had problems with it shortly after the first of the year. When I called ComfortBilt about the issues hoping to get some help I was informed that the stove was recalled. I was then offered my money back or an HP 22 stove to take its place. I opted for the stove and received it in short order. I think highly of the company as most would take their time to help a customer with a problem. I also would recommend this company and the HP 22 to anyone looking for a pellet stove. Job well done.”

“Very impressed with this company. I had the HP55 and because of some safety issues, they sent me the HP22 at no cost to me. Don't know any other company that would do this.”
