Not very knowledgeable of the products they sell or the install aspect of the pellet stove or the install of the vent pipe you sell. I ordered a bronze hp61 and received a black hp61. Shipping took forever but was free. Very disappointed in my experience with everything. The only thing I hope for now is that this pellet stove is well built and will last for years. We will see.

Quiet and puts out lots of heat. Removable ash pan makes weekly cleaning easy. Very happy.

In all the interactions I've had with Comfortbilt, I have had nothing but exemplary experiences with everyone. Tech support is very knowledgeable and proactive in solving the problem I had. The comfortbuilt heater has been wonderful in my home keeps the house very warm I have had to purchase a few parts an they were very good about getting me the parts An giving me trouble shooting to solve a problem I am very happy with comfort built Richard burrell

Most reviews that I have read are based on the condition of the product when first received. The Comfortbilt fireplace insert stove that I received had a couple of problems, one being the fire would intermittently go out after being lit. I contacted customer support and the technician quickly determined that some settings on the front panel were not correct for my type of stove. He then proceeded to determine the SOF switch that monitors the fire was faulty. A backup switch was already in place so I just connected the backup and the insert has been working flawlessly ever since. A new replacement switch has been received and inserted as a backup. So the product had a problem when received, but this happens from time to time, it does not make the product poorly designed. What is more important the customer service was excellent, he even offered to take a call on the weekend at home, and the technician diagnosed the problems and I am a very satisfied customer.

Comfortbilt came thru with are new part didn’t take much time and they fit perfect. I know if we need are part this company can get them al you need to do is order them and they will send them not like a month or two within a few days you can’t bet that. The company will send you a email to tell you they got your order then when they ship it so you know it will be there soon, if you need help you can just email them or call for help for your part, great company to buy parts from, if you need parts give them a chance to help you.
