“The stove arrived on time and in perfect condition; ordering and delivery were perfect. On first trial, however, the auger did not work properly and pellets would not feed. The problem was that the set screw in the base of the auger did not engage the shaft of the auger motor and could not be screwed in far enough to engage. The threads in the base of the auger seemed to be fouled. I bought a 6mm-1.00 tap to cut or clear the threads. After re-cutting the threads the set screw engaged the shaft just fine; the auger turns and the stove now works beautifully. I am very happy with the purchase.”

“I bought the stove in January and within the first month the main power switch went out it’s been 4 month’s now and the power switch has gone bad 2 more times comfortbilt has sent me new switches each time with no cost but this is getting old they are aware of the problem I can’t rely on this stove to keep my house warm”

“Our stove came severely damaged and had to be returned. It was replaced but not without a great deal of difficulty since it was in the basement. We had to hire 3 guys to get it into the basement to begin with. Then again to get the replacement in and again to get the damaged one out. This cost us $500. Now we just need to spend some time on the phone with technical assistance to make sure we have it running properly. It seems to go through too many pellets.”

“I just upgraded to this from a 17 year old us stove 6039. What an improvement! I can watch TV at normal volume and customizing the heat settings is easy and relatively intuitive. Shipped and arrived quickly and the packaging was excellent.”

“couldn't find anyone in my area to service my comfortbilt so I called and they told me what I needed and how it would be easy to do it myself, I was not sure about this but ordered the part they told me to and watched a video on utube and got my stove running in minutes. The customer service there was excellant and next time something happens I am confident I can fix it myself with a little help from the people I bought the stove from.”

“We replaced our wood stove with the Comfortbilt pellet stove this last month and are so pleased with the stove. I no longer have to stack and carrying in wood. The warmth is wonderful. The service is great and I have had to call and ask questions a few times the tech service is great and they took time with me to answer my questions. Thank you Comfortbilt”
