“The people at Comfortbilt are awesome. We have two Stoves one in our house and one in the garage. We love them. Our daughter even bought one for their house. If we have any questions we just call and they walk us through fixing our questions. They are all very helpful. I cannot say enough about how great these people are. “We purchased the pellet insert. Had many issues with it, but your Tech Jonathan was awesome in helping me adjust the settings and he replaced the ignitor. After that, stove has worked as expected”

“We are so very happy with the new HP22. It was a replacement for the HP56 and we were leary at first to change over as our Hp 56 was working so well and heated the whole house even when temps were in low twenties high teens, we were 70 in the house. Yesterday our HP 56 bit the dirt just like Glen said it would. We were sad but only for a short time. My husband installed the new HP 22 and it fired right up and we are warm and cozy. Thank you Comfortbilt for being not only a A+ company and caring, truly caring for your customer but having the best customer service ever. Love this company.”

“There’s no way to state this, wish I would have known about your stoves a long time ago, excellent product! These are actually cheaper and much easier on the back compared to a wood stove. Encourage you to buy a Comfortbilt!!! Amazing!”

“Awesome company to work with! Very attentive and excellent customer service! We bought the HP50s and boy does that thing crank out heat! Had to actually reprogram it to lower the feed rate. We have a 1500sq ft mobile home, 3 bed. We never run it on level 5, only level 1. The thermostat function is excellent! Super easy install to.”

“The stove was easy to install, but I had many problems that were related to starting a fire. Initially, the stove did not come with program settings. The booklet provided was almost useless. I filled the hopper with pellets and pushed the start button and not enough pellets were produced to start a fire. I called you help people who were very, very helpful. But the stove still would not start a fire. After several calls and Emails and several different helpful individuals, several different settings were tried, the stove finally started making a fire when enough pellets were provided. I still have problems with the stove not providing enough pellets to start a fire. This problem is once in a while. I really like the stove and once lighted, it works like a charm. Dave Briggs”
