“The orders took over two weeks to get here. But I called and inquired about the delay, and they immediately overnighted replacements without a cost to me and they got to me before the original orders. I appreciated the response and willingness to help.”

“Very good service and excellent response to problems that are given problem and do there best to fix in any way they can the only problem that I will say that needs addressed is the bridging of pellets otherwise in my eyes they got a excellent stove that gives plenty of heat and is quite nice looking give a person the right ambiance to watch a fire and be cozy with your love one that’s to the team that help me out”

“My pellet stove came, but it had been damaged in shipping. It appears a fork punctured the box and put a dent and scratch on the side cover. Otherwise it works great!”

“The Comfortbilt stove I purchased was the HP22N and it takes me about 20% of the time that it took me to clean my other pellet stove and I stayed a lot cleaner in the process. As for running it, I just have to push buttons and it fires up and runs the way I had hoped that it would. And finally for the tech support, Johnathan and James are awesome. I had a few questions about the operation of the stove and I had a screw wedged in by the fan blades and they walked me through it with easy and I never felt like I was an inconvenience by asking for help. In fact they were both so great that I added them to my contacts so I would remember their names if I had any other questions or needed parts down the road.”

“Our house only had electric baseboard heat until we bought our pellet stove. The house was always at 60 degrees and the electric bill was still over $300 a month in the winter time. Now the house is at a comfortable 70 degrees, we are not freezing all the time. The stove is great decore for the room. The only issue that I had was that I was sent the wrong stove pipe kit, which they OVERNIGHTED me the right one when they found out to fix it. Great stove! Great customer service! What more can you ask for?”

“Very pleased with this stove. The heat output is great. Noise is acceptable. Cleaning is fairly easy. You should keep some fire gasket around for when you clean out the back access ports just in case the existing one gets damaged. If the pellet fill opening on top of the stove was a little large it would be easier to fill. The thermostat wire on the back of the stove is too close to the fresh air pipe causing incorrect temperature reading. My biggest issue would be the control panel mounting to the back of the stove. Our pipe is offset so it is located in the middle of the stove for a better look. Due to the pipe location mounting the control panel was not ideal. I had to slide it to the right so much that it interferes with opening the right side panel of the stove. In order to access the back cleanouts (open the door completely) I have to unmount the control panel each time. I purchased some aluminum flat bar and will fabricate a mount at some point to move the control panel up and out of the way. Overall very satisfied with the stove.”
