“Comfortbilt has the best customer service on the market. I had a issue with my HP22N and they had a part shipped to me the same day to fix my issues to get my stove running again. I wont buy anything other than comfortbilt ever again.”

“Installed unit a few weeks ago after winter season and have used it few times when temperatures hit low 30’s. The HP22N I purchased has operated very well with no hiccups, operating in temperature mode which adjust feed rate and blower accordingly. Using premium rated pellets it has left very little ash and almost nothing in the burn pot after it’s shut down. Does an excellent job at regulating heat, I don’t think it’s too loud at max fan rate and puts out a good amount of heat. Windows have stayed pretty clean. Overall very satisfied and look forward to using this instead of electric heat next winter. The company has been great at answering questions and shipments of Stove Pipe has been excellent. Better pricing on Pellet Pro pipe than I can get locally! Yeah I’d recommend product and company.”

“extremely satisfied with product the one thing that should be stressed is the cleaning of the exhaust and the the blower collection box also for individuals that have no mechanical ability the access to these places is somewhat difficult so you would have to hire comfortbilt repairman”

“We love our pellet stove. However, the igniter went out and the burn pot cracked after using it only one winter. But customer service sent us a new one of each with instructions overnight! I was very impressed with how quickly they helped us out.”

“I absolutely love this stove. I had a Harman for many years and when I no longer trusted it and was having to replace parts regularly, I started checking reviews for a new stove. Comfortbilt had the best reviews so I went for the 80 pound hopper stove. I am so glad I did. My comfort it stove is amazing. The heat it puts out is far above what I expected. The stove is easy to care for and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I would highly recommend Comfortbilt pellet stoves to anyone. Customer care has been excellent as well. I couldn't get Customer care with Harman. Comfortbilt is awesome in every way.”

“I ordered a new burn pot as original had cracked from one season of use and was having trouble getting the stove to ignite .the tech there told me to put some pellets in the pot and light them . was only way to get it started ..new burn pot solved that problem. cracked around the welded ring. I was kind of disappointed to get only one season use out of the pot. also think the hole the exchange tube scraper goes through should of been bigger . the finish has rubbed off the rod. Over all i like the stove. I didn't realize it would burn so much pellets. About a ton and a half or so each winter.. Russell G Hoffman”

“I like the stove very much, it seems to be feeding pellets at a higher rate than expected . It is feeding at a rate of about one and a half bags per 24 hours on the lowest setting, most users report about one bag per 24 hours. I wish there was a way to slow it down because it also makes the house too warm at that rate to just let it run , so that leads to more starting and stopping than I would like to do.”

“The stove arrived on time and in perfect condition; ordering and delivery were perfect. On first trial, however, the auger did not work properly and pellets would not feed. The problem was that the set screw in the base of the auger did not engage the shaft of the auger motor and could not be screwed in far enough to engage. The threads in the base of the auger seemed to be fouled. I bought a 6mm-1.00 tap to cut or clear the threads. After re-cutting the threads the set screw engaged the shaft just fine; the auger turns and the stove now works beautifully. I am very happy with the purchase.”
