“Stove works great! I had an issue where the main switch broke after a few uses, but I called customer service, and they mailed a new switch to me very quickly. The customer service was not a call-center over seas. It was fast, smooth, and easy. Since installing the new switch, the stove has worked flawlessly. It puts out a ton of heat, the push-button start makes it super easy. The cleaning is also very easy and fast. The stove is well designed, and the majority of the ash falls straight into the ash box. Very nice stove.”

“I bought the gasket kit for the HP22. The combustion fan gasket fit perfectly, but the smaller rectangular ones were a bit too small for the openings and the screw holes did not line up. I am unsure why this was, however, turns out the combustion fan gasket was the one I truly needed so it worked out in the end.”

“Simply the best. We ordered one 2 years ago when we lived in Washington state. It worked great. We ordered another one. Now in northern Nevada. It had a minor problem. Todd at customer service fixed it right away. Best customer service. We love our comfortbilt stove. Will always suggest comfortbilt.”
