“I had a strange issue with my HP22. Tech Support was nothing short of amazing. They answered me on a Sunday night. Unheard of today. They would respond promptly every time and worked with me until the problem was fixed. I hope I don't have to use them again buy feel comfortable knowing help is there. Also, love the stove. It cranks. Don't get this model if you have a small space.”

“Having stove installed on 11/5/21. Stove looks very nice and the shroud is also sturdy and looks very attractive. Shipping was lightening fast. I live in Ohio and I ordered it on Saturday evening and stove was here Thursday. Basically 4 business days for #300 pkg. I’d say thats very quick for going through a trucking company for delivery.”
