“I had purchased an HP 54 stove from HomeDepot in august of 2020. We didn’t install it until December and had problems with it shortly after the first of the year. When I called ComfortBilt about the issues hoping to get some help I was informed that the stove was recalled. I was then offered my money back or an HP 22 stove to take its place. I opted for the stove and received it in short order. I think highly of the company as most would take their time to help a customer with a problem. I also would recommend this company and the HP 22 to anyone looking for a pellet stove. Job well done.”

“Very impressed with this company. I had the HP55 and because of some safety issues, they sent me the HP22 at no cost to me. Don't know any other company that would do this.”

“Bought the $1900 stove. Took 2 weeks to arrive and it worked for two days!! Called company and a very nice service tech determined the must be a faulty blower fuse. Sent me a new phone me, I nstalled it and it worked one time. Returned it the next day!!”

“Shipping was super fast! The package was well wrapped, so no damage would occur. I really like the extended hopper, so when at work on a cold day don't have to worry about the stove running out of Pellets. Thanks again!”

“A well built stove and very easy to clean and operate. Love that it is not noisy while watching the TV (about 17' away), our other stove (Whitfield) was 17 years old and very noisy. We have the HP 61 and our house is around 1300 sq ft. It never shuts down except to clean and we use a 40 pound bag every day and a half our low temp is 28° and high temp is around 50° in March. I'm glad I chose this stove over the Harman and at 1/2 the price. If this stove lasts as long as my Whitfield I'll be very happy.”

“The stove is awesome (HP-22) the customer service is great, my only complaint is the owners manual. Not very well written, I had to chat with a tech person on multiple issues in order to understand how to do something. But they were very responsive and solved my problems immediately.”

“Great customer service. I was contacted by a very sweet guy who called to tell me my order would not fit in a P.O box. Once I explained that it is in a post office and all large packages are kept in the back and nothing is too big to be stored at my post office, he shipped it out right away. Love that he made the call just incase prior to shipping it out and once confirmed it arrived very quickly. Everyone I have spoken to at Comfortbuilt is very polite, friendly, and professional. They are always helpful with any questions that I have called about.”

“We got our HP22N a little over a month ago. Ownership didn't start off so well for us newbies, however the tech support helped us every step of the way with recommendations on settings that best worked for our situation. Main thing I learned is buy the good stuff. We purchased Home Depot pellets the first few weeks. We then purchased some from a local distributor and what a night and day difference. It burns cleaner and hotter at a lower setting. The stove is great, but the customer service is even better.”

“Super easy install, we had only a chimney and were up and running in a few hours with only me and my two teens helping. The only negative i have seen is even the lowest setting a full box only lasts about 8 hours...while half the box remains full of pellets that are in the corners and edges , dont have enough feed angle or weight to keep the unit fed.”
