Great customer service! I was informed that my previous hp55 had been recalled. Comfortbilt sent me a new, nicer unit, the hp50 within 2 weeks! FREE! Very happy with that! I hope to be a comfortbilt customer for life!

The site is laid out nicely. Units and installation packages can be ordered directly. It has user manuals and videos available. The videos are particularly helpful. Contact information is easy to find. The troubleshooting page is very weak and really provides no useful information.

Pellet stove is noisy! The beep is piercing and the HP22 doesn't have a volume control. I can't turn the stove up in the morning or I'll wake the whole house. The air running through the small blowers tubes is like a jet engine. If you opened these up a bit it would quiet things down. Also how about a variable speed blower motor for when the fire isn't that high? Just some things to think about. Other than that, nice stove.

The HP-22 is a beautiful addition to our home. We've lived with wood heat for over 40 years. This is our best system to date. It heats our cabin on the Hood Canal of WA better than any stove we've had before it. Its efficiency is fantastic and welcome; we burn 3 tons of pellets a season. The best part of this stove is the customer service that comes with it ... which is amazing.

Love how the stove keeps our house comfortable and also using less propane so far is a plus.

I give them a 5 for customer support. They have always gone out of their way to answer my questions. Even after hours. I try to keep some parts on hand for small issues. They stock a good assortment for this purpose and shipping is fast. Only complaint is the stupid single use felt gaskets. I bought some realizing how cheap they were for what they are charging. I used them as templates on some 1/8" thick sheet high temp silicone material cut them out and punched a few holes.
