“We replaced our wood stove with the Comfortbilt pellet stove this last month and are so pleased with the stove. I no longer have to stack and carrying in wood. The warmth is wonderful. The service is great and I have had to call and ask questions a few times the tech service is great and they took time with me to answer my questions. Thank you Comfortbilt”

“We called in due to our igniter failing. They immediately sent us a new one. That igniter didn't work for whatever reason, so we called again. They didn't even blink an eye at sending us another one. They sent it over-night it at no charge to us and included a few extra fuses just in case! Wonderful customer service on our warranty!!! We would highly recommend this company and their product!”

“Great Stoves, I stepped away from my wood and coal stove thinking pellets aren't as good. I was wrong it heated my home throughout the winter, I literally didnt use a blanket...Awesome I recommend it.”

“I am extremely happy with the pellet stove. The service from Comfortbilt has been outstanding from the time I placed my order. The stove was actually picked up the following day from the trucking company. I had to buy venting at a couple different intervals due to my exhaust vent already being in place, and Comfortbilt had these items in stock and sent them the same day. One shipment was lost by Fedex that I had overnighted, and Comfortbilt just overnighted another set. The Fedex shipment finally did show up and they sent me a return label in another shipment I had ordered. The Duravent piping I purchased from them is top notch, and they even had the best pricing on the internet for the piping. Great company to do business with!”

“HP-50 model has been great. Customer service has been great. Great stove at a great price and good company relations. I live in Northeast near Canadien border. It keeped us pretty warm through the winter. I used to own a Harmon Accentra. The Comfort built is a third of the price and puts out comparable heat but the HP-50 in my opinion is a better stove!! Thank you Comfortbuilt!”
