“I have 2 Comfortbilt HP61 pellet stoves. My son-in-law also has a Comfortbilt HP61 in his home. Does that tell you how much we are pleased with these stoves?! I have nothing negative to say about the stove. At the bottom of the pellet container, the pellets may hang up a little when quantity is low, but that's no problem. The HP61's are good looking, easy to use, very clean and no smokey smells. Starting and stopping is done with one push of a button. Heat is pouring out 3 minutes after a dead, cold start. Great stoves! 5 stars for you!”

“I have bought two pellet stoves. They are quieter than one I had bought from lowes. I love how I can schedule the stove to start and stop. I recently ordered the ComfortBilt Pellet Stove Parts Care Package HP21 that has all the parts that go bad. Customer service is always excellent.”

“Ordered a spare parts kit for my pellet stoves. Box arrived in a reasonable amount of time (especially these days). Took inventory and discovered a major part was not in there. Called the company and Glenn shipped that part out immediately. That's good customer service!”

“Recently purchased the HP21 stove directly from Comfortbilt, and totally love it. Usually when I buy something, I have to have all the accessories that come along. I purchased the bin extender, pellet bucket, and the spare parts kit. The service has been great, shipping free, and no sales tax. The only problem that I had was the delivery, which was not Comfortbilt’s fault. The tractor trailer could not get in to my hames subdivision. The driver was helpful and we agreed to meet at the shopping center close by. He loaded it on my trailer and off I went. Now I didn’t realize that between the floor protector and the stove, I had to unload about 350 lbs into my home. Well I found some neighbors and we got it in. The house stays very comfortable and have no need to run my expensive heat pump. Keep up the great work, your company rocks!”

“I had a crack in my burn pot so I went on the comfortbilt site and talked to a representative I mentioned that I had bought the extended warranty and before I was even finished talking with them I received an email saying that they were sending me out a new burn pot. No way you can beat that kind of service”

“Installed the Fire Switch very easily, but have attempted to install the lead wires yet. This looks more challenging to install. I wish ComfortBilt had a video to watch on how to install lead wires. As for customer service they are the best. Always available to assist with problem solving or sending parts needed to fix issues.”
