I like comfort built stoves. I have had had a hard time getting the items I have ask for. I talked with comfort built about getting a return receipt, due to the item I got was the wrong size. I called before Christmas and was told they would send one out. I never received the receipt. I finally just sent the return and paid free shipping. I normally don’t have to many issue, but it seems like this one was dropped or never follow through with.

We installed our stove in February 2021 and it burned non-stop for 10 months without a hitch until it abruptly stopped. This is when I discovered the excellent customer service operation. We live in central Alaska with no access to a stove mechanic. Tyler made sure we had the parts to fix the problem and he stayed with me on the phone way past closing to make sure I installed them properly. Thank you Tyler! Thank you ComfortBilt!

The company is great to deal with during limited business hours. The product however leaves a bit to be desired. Comfort Bilt would do well to make better if any at all attempt to contact customers who have bought products with known defects. That said...when defects are discovered by the product owner the company stands by the product and makes it right. Might leave you cold a few days waiting for a new part but you'll get it. It has always been a pleasure dealing with the company

The few times I've needed to contact Comfortbilt regarding my pellet stove, the chat area has been great. Nice to be able to get answers. I also ordered a backup burnpot, which came pretty quickly. I was pleasantly surprised.

After only two weeks the verdict is still out. I can say having to CONSTANTLY manually pull the pellets down to the auger is very inconvenient. The auger creates a deep hole in the middle of the hopper and the pellets stay stacked up on the sides instead of falling down. This causes the fire to go out and a low temperature alarm to come on. This has happened EVERY time I have got a fire going again.

I purchased a hp22 been trying with customer service ti make.it work as it's supposed and it does not work a 1500 sqf area and it takes 5to 7 hours to even warm up ben in the phone for hours now and even with all the help is has not worked frustrating

VERY PLEASED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECH SUPPORT. HP50S WORKS BETTER THAN EXPECTED.. HAD A SLIGHT ISSUE WITH TOO MUCH HEAT AND QUINT IN TECH SUPPORT WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS OF GETTING THE HEAT AND FAN AT THE CORRECT SETTINGS FOR OUR SMALLER FAMILY ROOM. WOULD RECOMMEND COMFORTBILT TO ANYONE!!!

Purchased 5 stoves from Glen and Todd over at Comfortbilt. Never had a problem when I needed help or just ask a question. They were so helpful that I’m considering opening a dealer here in the New York area. Ive been 100% happy with every purchase I’ve made. The best customer service I have ever experienced, no regrets. Stoves are awesome heat my house, and my log home in the Catskills. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys for all your support.

Great stove. Some minor things could be improved. I had to adjust the settings as I was not getting the burn time advertised. Pellet burn counter is quite inaccurate. I just went through my first ton and it says half ton was burned. Overall the stove works as intended and I'm happy with the purchase. Great customer support.

Overall, I’m happy with my new stove. The door gasket fell apart after only a few days but I contacted Comfortbilt and they quickly sent me a new one.

I like your pellet stove, however we have lot of problems with it. Your tech helped us alot, walking us thru things to get it up and running (needed a new ignighter which they sent) but we still continue to have weird things happen...like it will be going fine and then stops and we can't even turn it off.
