Operation directions leave some to be desired. Fire presets seem pretty high compared to pellet stove I had for 10 years.

The manual could sure be made to be more informative and easier to understand. It looks like it was written by someone that knows everything about the stove for someone who knows everything about the stove. But a lot of it leaves us people new to the stove and especially us who know very little about pellet stoves in the dark.

New updated manuals are always available on the website. We update them from time to time to keep customers updated with latest changes.

Have not installed new and larger comfort built pellet stove yet. If it’s anything like first one I still have in house. Which I’m giving to my son. It will be awesome. Great product. I’ll let you know more in January. Ha.

Super great stove,,, a couple issues but nothing major. I called the store in north carolina,,cant remember any names but the absolute best people do deal with !!!!! You need to buy a comfort built just so you can understand what mean about the awesome customer service. My first pellet stove,but I'm guessing its one of if not the best out there.

Just got the HP22i installed and went through the burn off process. As expected, it was a bit smelly during the first few cycles during the burn off but less so each time the stove came on. The fan is pretty quiet but it does have a bit of a high pitched sound. Wish the control panel was a little larger to make it a little easier to see. Wish the manual explained about enabling Wi-fi. That’s all I can say for now as I haven’t used the stove yet other than a few cycles. Looking forward to learning more as I use it more.

When we ordered our hearth pad it said it could take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Well, it’s been a month and still no delivery. If/when we do receive it, I really hope it’s a quality product. For over $1000 hearth pad it should be. It takes some work to get to customer service, but when you finally do speak with someone, they were responsive at least.

I was going to rate this a 5 but there are a couple things keeping it from the top spot! 1st- The users manual is to small and the font is impossible for this 60 year old man to read. Come on Comfortbilt! Spend a extra dollar and put the manual on 8.5 X 11 and make the font bigger. 2nd- The manual had not instructions on how to do some basic items; How to get the ash pan out and how the side doors open. I had to watch videos to get this information!

The stove works great. But you have a problem with the cast iron fire box. I’ve had to order several because of cracking. I was told you were working on it but it’s taking too long. Your rep said the Pacific NW is having more of these problems because of our hotter pellets. I doubt that. Have you checked with other manufactures in our area to see if their stoves are experiencing the same thing. You provide a good product and service but this issue is sullying your brand. You need to rectify this issue quickly.
