“Simply the best. We ordered one 2 years ago when we lived in Washington state. It worked great. We ordered another one. Now in northern Nevada. It had a minor problem. Todd at customer service fixed it right away. Best customer service. We love our comfortbilt stove. Will always suggest comfortbilt.”

“So far so good decided to put a 61 in the house and 21 in the garage I really am excited for the winter replaced my wood stove with the one in the house electric heat in the garage”

“These guys have always taken great care of me since I bought my HP22 stove. I’ve had literally no complaints against these guys and the quality of their product. I’ve had my stove for going on my 4th winter now and other than typical maintenance, this thing rarely if ever needs serious service work.”

“I've had my Comfortbilt HP22N for a year now, and am very happy with it. I ordered the gasket kit for it when I did the yearly deep clean. It arrived quickly, and I got everything cleaned and buttoned back up. I have had a fire burning off and on for a couple of weeks now since the temperature started dropping below 30 in the nights. Thank you Comfortbilt for a great product and great support.”

“I needed some assistance with an extension cable that was missing from the hopper extension. The folks at ComfortBilt immediately shipped me a cable without another word. They were fast and super friendly. I have had my HP50 for 3 years now and it has been rock solid.”

“We bought this pellet stove last month and it has been cold here at night lately and we used it and program it to come off and on. We have a 1200 square foot house and it heated the whole house. We love this stove I would recommend it to anybody that want a efficient stove to keep warm this winter. We got the HP 21 model”
