After years of people telling me pellet stoves were problematic and useless I purchased a Comforbilt. I'm glad I did and I never looked back. The unit works like a charm with never a whimper. I don't miss chopping and splitting wood. There is a bit of a learning curve involved, but the Tech people are the gold standard in the industry. I'd like to give them 10 stars but the option is 5. So Ill give them a 5!.

it shuts off on occasion, says low temperature? why is that?

Have been enjoying the Stove. Weeks ago a power hit forced a shutdown, I quickly ordered a UPS, it did not work even though I did the math to determine I need a 1500VA unit to sustain like an hour of run time, I ordered a "Simulated Sine Wave" unit which failed miserably. Turns out I did not see the note in the manual that expresses that you need a "Prue Sine Wave" unit. I did some checking, only to find out the best deal for the appropriate unit, was right on Comfortbilts website, but you have to "search" for it.

Best investment ever! Have had for 4yrs now and been my main source of heat...no issuesđź’– Just now having to replace my igniter and burn pot. The folks have been so kind and helpful from the start when I ordered my stove and the excellent service has continued with ordering parts and walking me through the process of replacing them! I would purchase from them again in a heartbeat! Quality product and serviceđź’–

A part that failed and was replaced was out of warranty, but they replaced it free of charge. The service is second to none, they responded quickly and decisively. Highly recommended.

I have contacted ComfortBilt customer service on several occasions and each and every time they have gone above and beyond to ensure that all my problems were rectified. I would definitely recommend and have recommended ComfortBilt to anyone looking for a quality product with great customer service. On a very important note, each and every time I have called, the phone was answered by an actual HUMAN, with no 500 buttons to push prior!

I purchased an HP61 pellet stove in Aug. 2021 and have been using it this winter. So far I have burned 3 tons of pellets. The reason I purchased it over the HP22 models was the heat output capacity and due to its qualification for the tax credit, which the HP22 does not meet. We replaced our much-beloved Blaze King wood stove with this pellet stove. It is so much physically easier to use than a traditional wood stove. It is easy to clean and so efficient there is hardly any cresol buildup in the chimney, which makes it safer.

Your customer service is absolutely amazing. But my hp-22 I have had a lot of issues with it and I am not happy with my stove at all but your customer service is trying to help me. My uncle help install my stove and he went out and got one right after he helped me he loves his no issues at all and I have done nothing but fight this stove all the way from low temperature alarms to high temperature alarms to the stove not igniting and just filling the burn pot and I am still having to empty my ash pot at-least once a day and the pellets I am buying are very very good pellets other then that the stove heats amazing when I am having not issues.

DO NOT BUY, DESIGN FLAW. We bought our HP61 about 10 months ago. It is too loud, (63db at 10 feet away)!!! I inquired with comfort built and did not get an answer. Here is the flaw. The fan is not directly attached to its housing. During highspeed fan use it vibrates against the housing/duct creating a 63db noise. The short-term fix is to brace the fan motor with a stick against the fresh air intake pipe. The permanent fix is to remove the fan and line all mating surfaces with the silicon gasket material. You need to buy gasket material for the cleanout covers so buy some extra gasket material for the fan. With this fix we love the stove. It PO's me to not get an answer from comfortbilt, and to have to troubleshoot and fix the problem myself. Some of the reviews mentioned the excessive noise so this is not a one-of-a-kind problem. No help from comfort built. If you fix the noise problem and communication with comfortbilt, then buy the pellet stove. It's great! We love the stove after making the necessary modifications. Comfortbilt needs a kick in the tookus. Hopefully this review will do it.

Best service iv had in a long time, they troubleshot it over the phone on two occasions and the parts arrived in a few days. They even gave me a new pot a month after my warranty was up which shows me they care about the customer and there reputation. And the stove works awesome by the way👍

My experience was terrible. I ordered a part for my pellet stove and it didn’t fit so I emailed multiple times to return it and never heard back. Will never use again. Terrible customer service
