“I give them a 5 for customer support. They have always gone out of their way to answer my questions. Even after hours. I try to keep some parts on hand for small issues. They stock a good assortment for this purpose and shipping is fast. Only complaint is the stupid single use felt gaskets. I bought some realizing how cheap they were for what they are charging. I used them as templates on some 1/8" thick sheet high temp silicone material cut them out and punched a few holes.”

“I am not very happy with the comfort built HP 22 that I just purchased. Upon receiving the pellet stove, I unpacked the control module found inside the Pellet hopper, and it was very sketched up. Also the pipe connected to the vacuum hose inside of the left front door was cracked into. I called comfort built and they sent out a new pipe and a control module housing. No instructions were included, so I need to figure out how to swap out the internal guts of the control module into the new module housing. Two weeks later the fan motor started making a very loud rattling noise. We have the pellet stove in our basement and I can hear it running upstairs.”

“So good so far! I just replaced a pellet stove that I bought new about 7 years ago. It was horrible 😢 since I am in Washington state I bought the parts kit it's awesome I have everything I could need to repair the stove should it go down. Thanks guys Steve Borgman”

“This is the first pellet stove we have ever had. We have been burning wood for many years. The mess was getting to me. My husband and I had talked about getting a pellet stove for a few years. Finally, when the woodstove needed a new motor I decided it was time. We decided this stove should work well for our space. And that it does. Just love it. ComfortBilt is a wonderful company to work with. They have been so helpful from the purchase, to the install, to little issues we weren't used to as we have never had a pellet stove before. An actual person answers the phone which is unheard of today. Couldn't be more pleased! Hope this review helps you to decide if it's right for you.”

“The guys in technical support are awesome to work with. I had an issue with my auger and many conversations with them I got my auger bit working and my pellet stove is running fine. They were quick to ship me the items I needed to repair my stove and received them the next day. Also their YouTube video is the holy bible in how to fix your comfortbilt stove. I refer to it quite often. Keep up the great work guys!!!”

“Love my stove and how well the stove heats our home. But, parts don't seem to last very long. 1st season the plug switch went bad, burn pot cracked. Both items had to be replaced. This season the ignitor has failed. I purchased 2, 1 for the stove and the other for an emergency. I only burn 3 tons of Bear Mountain pellets a season. Clean the stove weekly and deep clean annually. I'm surprised the parts only last a short time.”
