Ordered a spare parts kit for my pellet stoves. Box arrived in a reasonable amount of time (especially these days). Took inventory and discovered a major part was not in there. Called the company and Glenn shipped that part out immediately. That's good customer service!

I've had it about a month now with no issues. Use quality pellets or you will not get good heat from it.

Recently purchased the HP21 stove directly from Comfortbilt, and totally love it. Usually when I buy something, I have to have all the accessories that come along. I purchased the bin extender, pellet bucket, and the spare parts kit. The service has been great, shipping free, and no sales tax. The only problem that I had was the delivery, which was not Comfortbilt’s fault. The tractor trailer could not get in to my hames subdivision. The driver was helpful and we agreed to meet at the shopping center close by. He loaded it on my trailer and off I went. Now I didn’t realize that between the floor protector and the stove, I had to unload about 350 lbs into my home. Well I found some neighbors and we got it in. The house stays very comfortable and have no need to run my expensive heat pump. Keep up the great work, your company rocks!

I had a crack in my burn pot so I went on the comfortbilt site and talked to a representative I mentioned that I had bought the extended warranty and before I was even finished talking with them I received an email saying that they were sending me out a new burn pot. No way you can beat that kind of service

Installed the Fire Switch very easily, but have attempted to install the lead wires yet. This looks more challenging to install. I wish ComfortBilt had a video to watch on how to install lead wires. As for customer service they are the best. Always available to assist with problem solving or sending parts needed to fix issues.

I purchased the H22i several years ago. It has been an excellent stove and has required little service. I did replace the exhaust fan and called customer service for assistance in re-setting the operating voltage. The representative was very helpful and walked me through the process. The increased rpm speed resulted in the stove performing better with less pellet load. I appreciate the quick response and expert assistance.

We had put this stove in our workshop as an alternative fuel source because of the rising propane costs for heating. It has worked out great and lowered our costs tremendously. We also purchased the Hopper Extension so we could get a longer run time. Next year we will purchase another one for our house to replace our traditional wood-burning stove that wood prices have more than doubled over the last year. The only drawback for some customers would be is that you need a power source to run it but we are covered because we have a solar with battery back up. Great product. Thanks

I would rate it with 3 stars When the stove is working, it’s fantastic. Unfortunately the built (ceratin components) are definitely not good. I've used it for about 1 month and I've already had to contact your support 2 times in regards to parts not working properly or flat out broken. Thankfully your customer service responds in a timely manner and they are very helpful. I will give them (customer support) 5 stars!

I purchased an HP22 Pellet Stove this year and am enjoying it so far, with one exception. I have been trying to get the flame dialed in to what the video shows for Levels 1-5; however, I am running into difficulty doing that. By working over the phone with (Clint & Johnathan who have been very supportive and understanding) there appears to be an airflow issue that we cannot put our finger on. I am concerned that when the real cold comes in I will not be getting the maximum efficiency of the stove and will thereby be disappointed. The Tech's Clint and Johnathan have been great to work with: but sometimes I believe you get to a point where you need a "District" Rep or Technician that was available for fieldwork to get a particular problem resolved. The over the phone Tech Support has been great and hats off to Clint and Johnathan! They are very understanding and cooperative, but I believe even they get frustrated with only having the ability to work via the customer and the phone to resolve problems. You know how it is when you sometimes can't see the working system or mechanical part to resolve a problem. I guess I will keep trying.

very easy to hook up, love how it looks. we have a 2000 sq ft home and with 2 fans in reverse i can keep my house at 74 so far. it hasnet gotten real cold yet but has got down to 27. so far so good. also 3 min to clean every day, very easy
