“This Company took great care of me! I had a issue with the freight company damaging the two stoves I bought and Comfortbilt had two more on the way right away. They picked up the old damaged ones and and the new stoves run great! They have wonderful customer service!”

“Customer service has been the best! Bought the stove 3 years ago and have had 0 problems. Have only had the manual thermostat on #2 of five settings, and we live below. Mt. Hood so it gets cold here. I also added the hopper extension.”

“The service area manager, John and his staff, were so very helpful about the same continuing difficulty that my husband & I were having. I telephoned 4 times & always felt care from the service department. John was extra concerned, asking if we had any heat available to us since it was winter here in West Virginia. Once we all determined the part we needed for our stove it was delivered next day. Thank you Comfortbilt!”

“When we first bought put pellet stove 3 years ago, we had an issue getting it going properly. The technician was VERY helpful, even gave us his cell to call day or night if it continued. This last issue, again the technician was knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was and sent us out a replacement part the next day. And our stove is working great again!”
