“Great stove. Some minor things could be improved. I had to adjust the settings as I was not getting the burn time advertised. Pellet burn counter is quite inaccurate. I just went through my first ton and it says half ton was burned. Overall the stove works as intended and I'm happy with the purchase. Great customer support.”

“Overall, I’m happy with my new stove. The door gasket fell apart after only a few days but I contacted Comfortbilt and they quickly sent me a new one.”

“I like your pellet stove, however we have lot of problems with it. Your tech helped us alot, walking us thru things to get it up and running (needed a new ignighter which they sent) but we still continue to have weird things happen...like it will be going fine and then stops and we can't even turn it off.”

“Great customer service. Stove was pretty expensive considering I had to purchase the hopper extender in order to avoid having to get up in the middle of the night to refill pellets. Also, the design of the hopper and the hopper extender are not practical. Pellets get stuck on the sides so refills need to happen more often than really necessary.”

“The stove is great!! The only downside is the hopper. It doesn't feed the pellets very well. You have to open it periodically and move the pellets by hand.”

“We like the economy function really well. It seems the igniter may be on the weak side, had to be replaced the first year. Shuts off occasionally due to “low fire”?”

“I never recieved the item I ordered. I recieved a delivery notice and I discovered it was delivered to the wrong address. Your response was that I had submitted the wrong address during my on line order. This is impossible as I had never even heard of that adress. And now I can not afford to purchase the item again. Very unhappy.”
