“When it’s running properly the stove is great. It has some issues but Customer Service has been pretty accommodating. I they need to work out some of the kinks in their eco-mode. The constant cycling causes things to burn out and break.”

“Recently had to send for new augur bearings. Stove not even a year old and was making bad noises. Found that the auger bearings were going bad. Great customer service. they actually sent me 2 sets of bearings for and a new auger. Don't know if that is a sign that they won't last or not. Time will tell. I love the stove, but they have some bad parts in it. Customer service is always Great....”

“Great stove...my only concern is the exhaust seems a little to high. I have seen some hot embers coming out of the exhaust pipe which is about 4 feet long with two elbows. If could turn down the exhaust I would, but I don't know what effect it would have on the rest of the stove's operations. I would recommend this stove to anyone. As a matter of fact, I have.”

“I have rarely come across a product and company who, in my opinion, exceed my expectations in every way and therefore I deserve a 5-star rating from me which I give wholeheartedly. From the owner, Glenn (who picked up the phone one day a few weeks ago when I just called in to check on a parts order), to every single employee I have interacted with at the company over the two winters I have used their HP22N pellet stove, I have been super impressed. Great product, great company, great employees equals an overall great experience! The HP22N has performed flawlessly through well over 120 40-lb. bags of pellets over two winters and has saved me many hundreds of dollars in propane heating costs as well as many cords of firewood. I live “off the grid” at 7200 feet in the Sierra Nevada mountains and have harsh and snowy winters with temperatures often close to or below zero. I used to heat my ~2500sq ft house with a forced air propane furnace (brand new) and supplement with a large Lopi Liberty wood stove. This past winter I rarely used the furnace and relied on the wood stove for supplemental heating in a different area of the house. My propane bill will likely be under $500 for the entire winter even at these much high gas costs now. Overall, I would highly recommend this company and product to anyone with heating needs who requires a reliable, efficient, and extremely inexpensive heating source from a fantastically run and performing US company.”

“First season with the stove, once we found what pellets work for us ( woods and sons) it has been amazing, low ash, easy cleanup,large tray so cleaning isn’t as often as other stoves. Simple to use and maintain. We have a 2 story 5 bedroom home and this this has heated the entire house keeping it at the set temp all winter in Maine. Fantastic!”

“If i had to sum up this stove in one word it would be amazing.....i burned wood for thirty-some odd years and this stove is incredible...heats my 2800 sq ft to 74 on low when temps outside are hi 20's low 30's...only had the stove about a month so it hasn't been any colder but I am amazed at the heat this thing puts out..A++++++++++++++”
