“I ordered the wrong part and sent them an email. There was know papers inside box to send item back. They sent me an email that said know problem to return item click on this link. It was a nice email; But there was know link to click on.”

“Bought the pipe kit for comfort built pellet stove. Bought from someone who never used stove still new condition.Arrived when promised and installed on Saturday. The small aluminum flex hose was difficult to clamp otherwise good.”

“Called due to our pellet stove shutting down as if it were blowing fuses. Tried replacing fuses (which we discovered an extra in the power switch), no luck. Contacted Comfortbilt, they knew immediately what the problem was, apologized for the inconvenience, and stated they would be sending a replacement as we spoke. Ended up being the main power switch that had been recalled during the time we purchased, ours that did not get caught and switched out. We love our pellet stove, had a Quadra Fire for nearly 15 years and replaced it in 2021 with the Comfortbilt, we are not sorry at all for the purchase! Great customer service is a definite bonus!”

“Bought a stove 1 year ago. First igniter lasted 10 months. The second only lasted 2 months. Now I have ordered 2 more and It says that they were delivered last Saturday the 15th of January but nothing was ever delivered.”

“The stove and service to date has exceeded expectations. The stove is well built and the finish is excellent. Maintenance is extremely easy. The service is excellent replacing the burn pot under warranty every time. There are only two issues to date: 1 The ash pan does not fully engulf the stove body allowing excess ash to fall between the pan and the stove. 2 The cast iron burn pot is complete garbage, I have to replace the pot every 3 months. The pot develops a crack and widens over time needing a change out. I have been informed that the company is seeking a replacement for the defective burn pot but it has been two years.”

“Best operational pellet stoves available. Unfortunatly made in China. Several issues lately with parts, incorrect or miss stocked? However, corrected ASAP by Comfortbilt. Recomendation: when a larger add on hopper is ordered, automatically ship the longer cable. This will save Comfortbilt the extra shipping charges and help the customer.”

“Greetings, I purchased the HP22 50,000 Btu Comfort Bilt pellet stove. It is the second pellet stove I have owned. The Comfort Bilt is far superior to my previous stove. I could not be happier with the ease of installation, the appearance, and design. The stove heats our entire two-story home. The display and user interface are easily navigated and programmed for automation or manual operation. We love the fact that the large 3-panel glass display does not soot and darken like our previous stove. The stove automatically ignites and shuts down with precision. Ignition is very quick bringing heat rapidly to our home. I purchased the hopper extension to allow longer periods between filling. Its installation is easy and there are YouTube videos for guidance as well. When the stove arrived it was loose in the rear of a panel truck with other packages fallen onto it. We were concerned with the shipper's negligence. Fortunately, Comfort Bilt packaged the stove well protected and secure and thus prevented any damage... not even a scratch. I would encourage any friend or relative to purchase the same model.”

“Had a faulty power switch on my HP-22. Service person already knew what the problem was before I finished telling him what I was experiencing. Excellent trouble shooting advice and outstanding customer service. Over nighted a new power switch and problem was fixed next day. Thank you.”

“I only have good things to say about the tech. support guys. They handled more than a few calls from me over several weeks and were always helpful and very knowledgeable. In the end, they sent me the parts needed to fix my problem and gave me the information needed to do it myself.”
