“Best service iv had in a long time, they troubleshot it over the phone on two occasions and the parts arrived in a few days. They even gave me a new pot a month after my warranty was up which shows me they care about the customer and there reputation. And the stove works awesome by the way👍”

“My experience was terrible. I ordered a part for my pellet stove and it didn’t fit so I emailed multiple times to return it and never heard back. Will never use again. Terrible customer service”

“This pellet stove is just as awesome as ones I was looking at for $3,000 more! I was worried about it being loud like my last one, but it is super quiet! A box fan on the low setting is probably twice as loud or more. It puts out a time of heat with all the heat exchangers. Super easy to clean. Always ignites. Easy to operate. The only two things I don’t like is how loud the beep is when you push a button to change the settings and the lid area to fill the hopper is a tad on the small side. But for the price savings and everything else that’s great about it, I can live with it.”

“I purchased my comfortbilt pellet stove a few years ago and it has performed as our primary heat source for that time. We only had a couple of rather minor problems (igniter failure and premature firepot failure) which comfortbilt fixed immediately and hassle free. In future models, it would be nice to have a larger, more accomodating hopper loading door and perhaps a small light inside the hopper that is activated when the door is opened.”

“I've already had to replace the switch on the back of my insert. Also I received a vacuum with my stove that has malfunctioned many times. I purchased Comfort bilt because I was told it was rated the number 1 seller. It's hard to clean your stove without the vacuum.”
