I had to get a company in to help me with my pellet stove. They came in and cleaned it but I do what they did I do about every two days. They did clean my chimney stack and the pass through to the back of the stove which needed it. Their cleaning does not included opening side doors and cleaning out chambers. They are supposed to give me an estimate on possibly going through to wall and attaching a hose to the intake. I have approximately 1 to 2 feet of clearence around the air intake

Brand new unit would always shutdown for no reason. After multiple modifications and part changes still never worked properly. Needed new replacement unit but was cold for two months because of issues. Gave it two stars because technical support really tried to help.

HAD A FEW PROBLEMS - BUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE BEST I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. I SPOKE WITH JOHNATHAN A FEW TIMES - IT'S NICE TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO THE SAME REP. EACH TIME. BUT ALL OF THE REPS I TALKED TO WERE FANTASTIC. LOVE THE STOVE R. KALFUR

We have had many issues with our brand new pellet stove in the short amount of time that we have had it. From the door gasket needing replaced the same week we installed it, the power switch suddenly stopped working, the igniter went out without warning etc. however, the tech support customer service has been absolutely wonderful! They are very knowledgeable, and respond to our emails immediately and send the replacement parts in a timely manner.

They took care of what we needed but are difficult to get a hold of. No answer when I asked if you had anyone to service our pellet stove in Colorado. We are in our 80’s and we need more help now. We love our stove but the maintenance is getting difficult. We did finally get it going. Rope gaskets did not come with glue and we had to search local stores to find high temp glue.

The customer service response for a power switch that had gone bad was great, however the shipping was poor. We were without heat in our house for six days waiting for that switch replacement.

The staff at comfort built was exceedingly helpful through the process of purchasing my Comfort Built pellet stove from the placement of the order to the delivery of the unit. There were issues with the freight company and Comfort Built did an excellent job in keeping me informed and resolving the issue. I would highly recommend this company. Wayne Schmidt

This company is five stars! All customer service agents go above and beyond, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and we'll spend a lot of time with you on the phone if you need it. I would highly recommend buying a Comfortbilt for this reason alone. Thank you everyone at Comfortbilt that has helped me!!!
