“Disappointed that I had to purchase not just one kit that had fixed 90 degree piping but because it was fixed I had to purchase another kit for another $$$ 🤬 because the shove needed 45 degree tubing. can I return the first kit for a refund?”

“I had the best experience from the team at comfortbilt to the quick shipping and everything came in great shape. It’s still pretty warm here so haven’t got to try unit out completely but it did fire up and worked flawless. Thanks for a great product.”

“Website has shipping cost error charging hundreds of dollars beyond what is applicable, forcing customers to contact Comfortbilt directly via telephone. I'd rather speak with someone directly however due to broad internet security concerns (criminals).”

“Its still Summer here, but install was easy. I did start it to see how things work. It all went according to boom. Look forward to using this Fall and Winter. Having an all electric home I'm hoping to save a little. Had a wood stove but with advancing age it became too much for my wife and I.”
