When we first bought put pellet stove 3 years ago, we had an issue getting it going properly. The technician was VERY helpful, even gave us his cell to call day or night if it continued. This last issue, again the technician was knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was and sent us out a replacement part the next day. And our stove is working great again!

I recently called because the glass cracked on my pellet stove. Your parts person listened, helped immediately with a resolution, and the parts were shipped very quickly to me! Thank you so much for supporting your product!

I'm giving it a two because I've had problems with my stove popcorning and when I talked to the tech he didn't seem to want to be bothered with helping me told me I had to go of a downdraft and never got back to me which never happened with my hp 55 and my hp22 is still doing it and using a lot of pellets so I am no longer comfortable recommending the stores to family and friends because I think too good of a downdraft is a bunch of buls**t

I bought the hp21 , I give it 5 stars, I have had issues but tech support I give 10 stars for helping out , the rocker switch burnt out twice and the igniter once because I run it in eco mode, it keep my place nice and warm, they said they are working on a update for the switch I say take out the rocker part of switch

In the last year I have purchased two HP-22's, one directly from Comfort-bilt and the second from Lowe's (for the military discount). The second one I purchased stopped working unexpectedly and blew the fuse in the switch. I had a little trouble getting through to the customer service on the phone, but eventually left a message in the chat box which was about 15 minutes after their technical support hours. I was shocked that within 2 minutes of sending my chat message that I received a phone call from their technical support apologizing that I could not get through to them over the phone and saying they were 99% certain the problem was the switch, and were sending a new one overnight to me. Sure enough a three minute start to finish replacement of the switch has us back up and running. The product itself is very good at producing heat, but really the customer service is worth the cost of the product.
