This Company took great care of me! I had a issue with the freight company damaging the two stoves I bought and Comfortbilt had two more on the way right away. They picked up the old damaged ones and and the new stoves run great! They have wonderful customer service!

There service was fantastic. Replaced an older model i had orderede with a replacement 50s-- no questions asked! Very nice people to deal with. Wish all companies were as responsive.

Customer service has been the best! Bought the stove 3 years ago and have had 0 problems. Have only had the manual thermostat on #2 of five settings, and we live below. Mt. Hood so it gets cold here. I also added the hopper extension.

Only had it three months and auto light stopped working,now it is getting a lot soot on the glass like the seal is bad

The service area manager, John and his staff, were so very helpful about the same continuing difficulty that my husband & I were having. I telephoned 4 times & always felt care from the service department. John was extra concerned, asking if we had any heat available to us since it was winter here in West Virginia. Once we all determined the part we needed for our stove it was delivered next day. Thank you Comfortbilt!
