“I was notified that some of the items I was purchasing would only work with one specific brand of stovepipe. This caused me to need a piece of that kind of pipe for our project. the folks at Comfortbuilt found me a piece of pipe (which wasn't on their inventory) and shipped it right out. Saved the day! thanks folks!”

“I purchased the HP50S pellet stove, the piping kit, chimney adapter, 90 degree elbow, and the vacuum. The order was shipped the same day. The accessories arrived within 2 days and the pellet stove was delivered a couple days later. Comfortbilt's website was easy to navigate. They kept me informed about my order. I would highly recommend this company.”

“The unit came packaged very well and undamaged we’ve operated it once installed seemed to run good and we’ll know more how it heats the house in another month when it starts to get cold. Shipped the day I ordered it and only took the freight company 4 days to get it to northern Az.”

“This is the second stove I have purchased from this company. One for my home and the other for my elderly uncle who is not able to deal with firewood anymore. If I bought a second one, it means I like the way it works and performs. I have had very minor issues and with a little maintenance it worked as it is designed. Here's to another warm winter. “We bought the HP22N for the larger 80# hopper. The stove started up the first time. We ran it on #3 to test it. It puts out as much het as the wood stove we had before at that setting. This is a well built stove with a lot of options!”
