“Just started using our comfortbuilt 22i pellet stove insert, love it, using it with thermostat on wall turns on and off perfectly as needed. Great quality stove at very good price ould buy again, glass is self-cleaning, love watching the stove burn, customer support at comfortbuilt very helpful with email and phone calls”

“The Comfortbilt folk are absolutely awesome. Never have I had better service. I had to purchase the 21 Model and had it up and running within a matter of minutes. The install was quick. I had a problem with the power going out, and they sent out the parts necessary, and it only took me a few minutes to install, and get the stove working again. I highly recommend this company for your heating needs. USA all the way.”

“The stove starts and runs with the push of a button and cleaning is easy. However, it shuts down when there is still pellets in the hopper. When installing I had to get a waiver from tech support to modify the rear sheet metal to be able to attach the stove pipe as it was cut out wrong, the tech said "oh it must have been a problem with the laser". Have made several calls to tech support for minor issues with disappointing results. Overall O.K. but definitely would not buy from them again.”
