“I’ve been using the stove for 2 weeks now and I couldn’t be happier. My stove was damaged during shipping, I contacted comfort built and they sent me a new side panel immediately. I also ordered all my pipe from them, great price and fast delivery.”

“This comfortbilt pellet stove is by far the easiest to operate pellet stove I have owned and I have had a few stoves over the years. My recent purchase of a replacement firepot was easy as well. Great customer service and great stove!!!”

“Wish their were better settings listed instead of having to call in for support. List of EPA settings in the manual to try would be more effective. It even takes a while ti get the insert dialed in,and even then its not the best.”

“I have had two of these. Small and large. Gave small one to my son and I upgraded to hp22. Love it Loved the smaller one as well. These are the best pellet heaters I have owned. South Dakota gets cold and they work great. Other brand heaters were troublesome. Not comfotbuilt Easy controls A monkey could figure them out. I want a hopper enlarger thing tho.”
