I just tried to contact local dealer and wound up leaving a voicemail. Your customer service department confirmed 2 days ago that the stove was received by dealer but no contact from him as yet. Your customer service and technical support are the best, why can't all companies be as reliable and supportive as Comfortbilt. Congrats to you and your employees always there for us customers with questions or problems that they need help with.

We purchased the Comfortbilt HP22 pellet stove on-line and had it installed by a local contractor. Initially we had issues keeping the unit running and preventing smoke from backing up into the house. The company was so responsive to our issues and went above and beyond to help us resolve the problems which turned out to be primarily settings on the unit. The stove is of excellent quality and we are sure it will be used for many years. There are many helpful videos on youtube that will answer most questions that may arise.

Gentleman, Have been sitting here trying to put kindly words toward the problems that I have had with this pellet stove. It has been awful. So many problems with the flame, pellets dropping constantly over flowing the burn bucket. When we smelled the smoke during the night and the alarm going off, panic and fear ran through our minds at 2:00 AM. I don't know how many calls have been made to your company, but many. Sometimes the problem was resolved, but it never lasts. One of the techs said it's as if the numbers were going back to the default numbers. Have little or no faith in your company. Just too many problems.

I purchased a burn pot for HP22. My last one did not make 7 months of operation which was very disappointing. I am pretty sure the web page indicated the cast or steel burn pot could be used in one place and not in another. I sent an email to support and that person said I could use steel. But there was that conflict. A second call and different person said only cast. So, the burn pot did not last as long as original, there was a conflict within the webpage (double ck this) and customer service. The shipping was fast tho.

The burn pot I ordered (Steel) for my stove did not fit. It needed to be modified so it would set down in the chamber ring for igniter was to high and wouldn’t let the pot set in

This is the second pellet stove I’ve owned and I very happy with my model 22N. Customer service is top notch as they guided me through some adjustments. This unit unlike my last model burns very clean and is easy to maintain. I highly recommend the stove.

Did a ton of research on this product, read a ton of reviews, I couldn't be happier to have bought this product! Easy to install! Not a fan of the color, but everything was sold out for the others and couldn't wait to buy one! Replaced our wood stove, and love that heat is at the push of a button. Cleaner as well! Only draw back is setting the temp, the stove will run on an auto pilot type mode, but not that big of a deal once I figure out the timer controls! Love this product and amazing price!

Excellent customer service with tech support. My HP22 pellet stove kept shutting off and eventually stopped working entirely. I told tech support in detail what my issues were. Within a day and on a Sunday they responded with what most likely would resolve the issue. They promptly sent me a main power switch replacement free of charge and shipping. I just bought the house and it already had the pellet stove with the sale of the house. It resolved the issue and I am very please with the customer service from Comfort Bilt! Can’t wait to do business with them again. Thank you Comfort Bilt and tech support! A++++++

Pour ce qui est des allumeurs c'est OK. Je voulais commander une extension de trémie mais seulement disponible aux USA et pas de livraison au Canada. Pourquoi vendre des poêles à granules au Canada si nous ne pouvons obtenir de pièces ou accessoires ? Déçue.

So far working perfect had one minor problem with the main power switch but had a new one sent to me in two days I do have a small house but even in 20° temperatures heat the whole house on level two sometimes level three

I had ordered some replacement parts for my stove, but I used the wrong model number. After emailing with Todd from Comfortbilt, it was cleared up and taken care of swiftly.....even though it was my mistake. So far, for the time I've had my stove (hp22N) I've had nothing but good things to tell people about my stove and my dealings with CB. Customer service has exceeded my expectations, thank you all.
