This is the second one I've ordered from them. They last pretty good. This one the little ring fell off after a couple of uses, so I have to take it to a weld shop where they can hopefully fix it.

Have to give 3 stars out of 5, works great when working, have had great support but to no avail. The heater will shut down after running a few hours with a "Low Temp" the burn pot would be empty when it happens, still has the same issue and I can't recommend because of this. Now I'm stuck with it.

The look of the stove is great. We bought the new stove because it was supposed to be more efficient and it had the thermostat option. After we got it we are told not to use thermostat because is burns the ignitors out quickly. Also it uses more pellets and doesn't put out the heat our old Quadrafire did. Also our burn pot has already cracked. So overall we are not happy with our purchase.

I had to change the auger bearing after using ten bags of pellets. The bearing was not turning at all, was the lower bearing, which was very surprising to me, because it doesn’t see the heat that the top bearing gets.

The part fixed the stove and it’s working fine now. My issue is that I have to replace the vacuum switch after only having the stove for 15 months and I have also had to replace the igniter. Not very dependable.

Works fine if manually started and shutdown. Waiting for power switch and igniter improvements.

Overall the stove heat very well, however, there are a few problems that make us worry about the product. We are on our fourth burn pot and third igniter and the temperature sensor shows it's one degree warmer that the actual room temp. We are never sure when things will not operate properly.

Lots of problems, but quickly resolved by contacting Customer Service. Parts provided cost-free and promptly sent. Because of the problems warranty was extended at no cost.

Unit is great There was no fresh air intake included which caused delays for install in order to source locally. Not sure if it was supposed to be there but told sales person I needed everything to install it.

I have model HP22N . Keeps going through ignitors. My 1 year warranty is about up .They keep telling me there is going to be an upgrade & will send out the updated one to me & everyone else with same issue at no cost . Haven't heard anything.

For the love of God, this is 2022, can you please make a control panel with a big enough display to see from a distance (IE Sitting in the room with the stove) and also make it connectable to the internet and or Bluetooth for phone control. Other than that, I love your pellet stove.... just really need to be able to see the display from the recliner to adjust appropriately.

This is the second stove I have purchased from this company. One for my home and the other for my elderly uncle who is not able to deal with firewood anymore. If I bought a second one, it means I like the way it works and performs. I have had very minor issues and with a little maintenance it worked as it is designed. Here's to another warm winter. Bought stove less then a year ago. Hope this igniter lasts longer. Gonna be bummed if I have to replace every 7 months:(

The stove starts and runs with the push of a button and cleaning is easy. However, it shuts down when there is still pellets in the hopper. When installing I had to get a waiver from tech support to modify the rear sheet metal to be able to attach the stove pipe as it was cut out wrong, the tech said "oh it must have been a problem with the laser". Have made several calls to tech support for minor issues with disappointing results. Overall O.K. but definitely would not buy from them again.
