Purchased my comfort built about a year and a half ago. Already have had to replace the power switch. Also the burn pit I’ve already noticed some cracks on it. What have expected it to last 5 to 10 years before having these kind of problems. Not happy!

Hi, this stove was very easy to install and start up, but even after sealing the double wall pipes and fittings I am smelling wood smoke and have seen a slight bit out of the vent on top. I have also experienced stove shutting down and screen says low temperature. I truly hope this is something minor and easy to resolve. Thank you, Alan

The stove works great. However I have to operate it in safe mode because it arrived with a broken plunger. The company was kind enough to send me a replacement part at no cost. However I am still waiting for the install. The stove works and heats great.

Just one word to make others think twice before purchasing and dealing with Comfortbilt! Terrible!

Your service department has been great. Your parts department, not so great. Waited almost a year for the heat baffle, and many calls.

I’ve only had my pellet stove for 2 years (using only for 2 winters) and I’ve had to replace a few parts already. I’ve spent a good amount of money and I’m concerned that this unit isn’t going to be reliable.

The products I received met specifications. However I have been waiting over 4 months to get the stainless steel firepots and they said they are on the way from China. That's a slow boat.

There is nothing seemingly wrong with the product itself, more the fact that I had to buy it to begin with. We purchased a new comfortbuilt slightly more than a year ago and it's already cracked. Hopefully this burn pot will last a little longer! Based on the reviews probably not!

I haven't installed it yet but I did email you that 1 of the bolts that was used to attach the shipping clip was missing but I got no response

The gaskets fall apart after one use. You're supposed to clean your stove quite often which means removing plates with the gaskets and exhaust blower with gasket. Unfortunately the gaskets fall apart leading to a bad seal. Someone needs to come up with better reusable gaskets. I've been looking for some high heat material to make my own but I would buy some if they were available. Sorry but it's my view.

We like our new stove. It does have a few issues. 1. Auger makes a very load noise on occasion. 2. Burns very hot and uses a lot of pellets on lowest setting. We pay extra for the quality pellets. The ashes from cleaning are very low compared to our last stove.

I would rather write a long review, Bought stove, recieved stove, stove no work, got replacement part after 12 days, replacement part bent during shippment? but worked, stove worked, issues since failed to ignight 5 times, had 3 low temp alarms and stove stopped working. hate the opening to load pellets to small try to dump a bag of pellets only makes a mess, i have bought several buckets to get what works best dumpbag in a larger pail then dump pail into a smaller bucket and hope no mess is made. Tech support was good with my first issue, but honestly I wish I had my old stove back that never gave me any issues for 25 years. With this stove I wonder if it will work all night or have an issue. and what will stop working next

When I called , I should’ve talked with Glenn, whoever I talk to, to order the parts that I needed was a blower, and a gasket for my door, I thought it was a little pricey, send me the wrong room, Blower for my comfort, Bilt 22, I had one of the first models and that’s what I told him , tried to call, left a message, no one called me back

The pellet stove has performed less than our expectations. While it's recommended to not run it in ECO mode, we have found that it's necessary to have the stove run more efficiently in this mode. Having it run continuously made the stove run on level 1, which fouled the burn pot quickly. Still, in Eco mode, the stove requires much more maintenance than our Breckwell does. We've also had to replace the control board after just a couple months. On the positive, the heat delivery is excellent and it's much quieter than the Breckwell.

Had a lot of issues at first. The customer service guys are very helpful and return calls same day. Stove uses a lot of pellets and still smells of smoke after going through two tons of pellets. Gives off plenty of heat.

It was used to connect and outside thermometer and works fine. The stove itself has a few disappointments. Would love to give some pointers that need help if someone is interested.
