We love this unit, but the burn pot has had to be replaced twice now. It literally crumbled in the middle. It is the weakness of the heating system.

I would rate it with 3 stars When the stove is working, it’s fantastic. Unfortunately the built (ceratin components) are definitely not good. I've used it for about 1 month and I've already had to contact your support 2 times in regards to parts not working properly or flat out broken. Thankfully your customer service responds in a timely manner and they are very helpful. I will give them (customer support) 5 stars!

Pellet stove is noisy! The beep is piercing and the HP22 doesn't have a volume control. I can't turn the stove up in the morning or I'll wake the whole house. The air running through the small blowers tubes is like a jet engine. If you opened these up a bit it would quiet things down. Also how about a variable speed blower motor for when the fire isn't that high? Just some things to think about. Other than that, nice stove.

Love my stove and how well the stove heats our home. But, parts don't seem to last very long. 1st season the plug switch went bad, burn pot cracked. Both items had to be replaced. This season the ignitor has failed. I purchased 2, 1 for the stove and the other for an emergency. I only burn 3 tons of Bear Mountain pellets a season. Clean the stove weekly and deep clean annually. I'm surprised the parts only last a short time.

I bought the gasket kit for the HP22. The combustion fan gasket fit perfectly, but the smaller rectangular ones were a bit too small for the openings and the screw holes did not line up. I am unsure why this was, however, turns out the combustion fan gasket was the one I truly needed so it worked out in the end.

The manual could sure be made to be more informative and easier to understand. It looks like it was written by someone that knows everything about the stove for someone who knows everything about the stove. But a lot of it leaves us people new to the stove and especially us who know very little about pellet stoves in the dark.

When we ordered our hearth pad it said it could take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Well, it’s been a month and still no delivery. If/when we do receive it, I really hope it’s a quality product. For over $1000 hearth pad it should be. It takes some work to get to customer service, but when you finally do speak with someone, they were responsive at least.

Our stove came severely damaged and had to be returned. It was replaced but not without a great deal of difficulty since it was in the basement. We had to hire 3 guys to get it into the basement to begin with. Then again to get the replacement in and again to get the damaged one out. This cost us $500. Now we just need to spend some time on the phone with technical assistance to make sure we have it running properly. It seems to go through too many pellets.

I love it when it works. Lots of problems from day 1 with pellet ignitor area and a bad power switch. Spent a couple hundred dollars getting it to work due to product problems.

I purchased a burn pot for HP22. My last one did not make 7 months of operation which was very disappointing. I am pretty sure the web page indicated the cast or steel burn pot could be used in one place and not in another. I sent an email to support and that person said I could use steel. But there was that conflict. A second call and different person said only cast. So, the burn pot did not last as long as original, there was a conflict within the webpage (double ck this) and customer service. The shipping was fast tho.

The burn pot I ordered (Steel) for my stove did not fit. It needed to be modified so it would set down in the chamber ring for igniter was to high and wouldn’t let the pot set in

My pellet stove came, but it had been damaged in shipping. It appears a fork punctured the box and put a dent and scratch on the side cover. Otherwise it works great!

VERY LOUD. Not being able to adjust the blower at all is unlike my past pellet stoves and a real annoyance. Heat quality is great and it looks nice
