“So far the stove works great would be better if the manual would cover more about the stove for operation and use. Comfortbilt doesn't answer emails I have sent 2 and not a response as of yet. Wasn't a problem with stove just wanted to know info on there gen3 igniter and if it will fit in a hp40 and some info on the thermostat setting and install”

“Your chat tech support is great. I had nothing but trouble with my hp 22 n. They sent me the parts to replace the defective parts. But in general, it seem it’s a cheaply made stove. Room fan gave out right away. The auger moaned very soon after install. The front and back doors rattle. It smoked when starting I finally put tape on all the pipe joints. Shouldn’t have to be a repairman with a new stove. Please forward this to who it will do the most good”
